Pros:

Es gab einen sehr unkomplizierten Self-Check-In. Es gab im Vorraum zum Frühstücksraum einen Wasserspender heiß-kalt-sehr kalt, so dass man nach später Rückkehr nach den Ausflügen stets eine Erfrischung hatte. Außerdem wurden jeden Tag einige der typisch portogiesischen Vanillecreme-Törtchen, Teebeutel und Äpfel bereitgestellt. Außerdem gab es eine Kaffemachine für Kapseln (Dolce Gusto) und 4 Kapseln als "Erstausstattung" und last but not least 4 Rollen WC-Papier. Insgesamt sind es diese "kleinen" Aufmerksamkeiten, die es einem sehr angenehm machen, dieses Zimmer gebucht zu haben. Zudem befinden sich die Metro- und Busstationen nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Einziger negativer Punkt: Es befand sich doch sehr viel Staub unter den Betten und auch in einigen Ecken. Da ist dann offensichtlich länger nicht gewischt worden. Das lässt sich aber leicht beheben und würde einen noch positiveren Eindruck machen. Es war aber keineswegs schlimm oder eklig, zudem es ansonsten insgesamt sehr sauber war.

Extremely disappointing experience. We booked and paid for accommodation for 10 people, but the communication with the property was extremely poor from the very beginning.

It was almost impossible to contact them. There is no proper reception, phone calls lead to a call centre, and most messages were answered only with automatic replies. Despite contacting them repeatedly in advance and providing the guest list and rooming arrangement, our requests were not properly addressed.

The situation became unacceptable when our clients arrived and found their rooms completely uncleaned after previous guests. We immediately contacted the property and were (arogantly) promised that the issue would be resolved, but after that they stopped answering our calls. We waited approximately four hours, with no meaningful response or solution.

What is particularly concerning is that we were not the only guests affected that evening. Guests in the neighbouring room experienced exactly the same problem with rooms that had not been cleaned after previous guests.

The attitude of the property was also extremely unprofessional and arrogant. There was no proper apology or attempt to take responsibility for the situation. Eventually, we had no choice but to arrange and pay for alternative accommodation for our clients.

Based on this experience, we would strongly advise against relying on this property, especially if you are travelling with a group or need reliable communication and basic standards of cleanliness.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con il wc all'ingresso. Purtroppo lo scarico non funzionava, per risolverlo ci hanno messo più di 24h. Questo è stato un po' un problema perché noi ci siamo adattati alla situazione ma se ci fossero state persone anziane o comunque non così adattabili come noi non è concepibile rimanere più di 24h senza un wc che scarica.

Las habitaciones muy amplias y las camas muy cómodas, todo muy limpio y silencioso.

Cons:

El baño estaba un poco abandonado, los muebles estropeados de la humedad y en los armarios también olía a humedad, necesita un poco de cariño.
