Calkiem przyjemne miejsce, blisko metra, pod warunkiem ze pokój nie jest od strony ulicy.

Mi è piaciuta molto la struttura moderna e pulita, con spazi ampi e pieni di punti luce funzionali. Colazione ottima e variegata, letto molto comodo, doccia gradevole e funzionale. Staff molto gentile, rapido e disponibile. Veramente da consigliare

Alojamento sossegado e cm óptima localização
Pros:

Das comodidades, da limpeza, do pequeno espaço exterior, da privacidade.

Cons:

A falta de Ar condicionado foi o único aspecto negativo, mas também facultaram a solução da ventoinha.

Pros:

Nos alojamos en la planta baja, con dos habitaciones contiguas. Súper cómodo y espacioso. Edificio con mucho encanto. Cama y almohadas súper cómodas. El baño genial. Con acceso al patio, muy tranquilo y relajante. El desayuno espectacular, tipo bufete, muy variado, con muchos pasteles de nata y mucha fruta, súper rico. Aparcamos en la puerta aunque la zona es de pago. Cerca del centro. Hay cafeterías y tiendas en la calle.

Cons:

Por la noche se oía mucho la máquina de aire acondicionado que está en el patio.

Pros:

Os quartos são agradáveis , o alojamento onde ficámos tinha 2 quartos , um deles com acesso direto a um pequeno pátio privado e também a um terraço ( uso comum ) .
Chek - in autónomo muito fácil.
Pequeno almoço bom e variado.
Durante todo o dia está sempre disponível fruta, café , chá e pasteis de nata sem custos
A localização é boa, apesar de ser um pouco longe do centro, existe uma estação de Metro ( Marquês ) mto perto.

Cons:

O edifício onde está instalado o alojamento é antigo, está em boas condições no entanto existem pequenas reparações que poderiam ser realizadas nomeadamente as portas dos quartos que são antigas e não abrem convenientemente e algumas das maçanetas estão soltas .
Poderia também ser melhorada a iluminação do corredor de acesso aos quartos ( com sensores de movimento por ex. ) pois está toda a noite ligada ( Não dá para desligar ) e a luz entra dentro do quarto e incomoda pois a porta interior do quarto não isola totalmente ( tem vidro na parte de cima )

En realidad hemos quedado muy descontentos con el alojamiento

El ruido nocturno debido a un motor al de la propiedad al lado de la habitación, he solicitado que me lo solucionaran pero han hecho nada, te comunicas con personas que no resuelven nada porque no aparecen por el alojamiento, totalmente desaconsejable

Gute Lage mit angemessenem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss
Pros:

Die Unterkuft wirkt von aussen unscheinbar, ist drinnen aber ein schöner Altbau. Unser Zimmer hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, sie aber nicht übertroffen ;-) Das Frühstück war klein aber ausreichend, es gab Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Joghurt, Cornflakes, frisches Obst, jeder wurde satt :-)

Cons:

Das Bad hätte etwas gepflegter sein können, an einigen Stellen löst sich die Tapete von der Wand, was aber nur optisch relevant ist. Am meisten hat uns gestört, dass unser Zimmer (im Ergeschoss) genau an der Treppe nach oben lag und die Haupt-Eingangstür oben ein riesiges Fenster hatte, wodurch jedesmal, wenn jemand im Flur das Licht angemacht hat, unser komplettes Zimmer hell erleuchtet wat und man abends kaum richtig einschlafen konnte, bevor nicht alle daheim waren.
