Best KL City View at Regalia Residence

Washroom with broken Bidet,soap holder, dirty commode, and untidy washroom.. linens were old and worne, rats and roachers around and inside the property, check in limited to 10PM late night travellers be aware.
No food in the court after 8PM and not a conveninet place to walk and find food.. im not booking next time for sure.!

The property is old and in not good condition. THe good thing is that the property is close to good transportation means.

Overall is ok for short trip stay. No significant attraction. Toilet is bit smelly, maybe due to air from improper plumbing.

JUST AVOID CHECK IN DURING PEAK CHECK OUT TIME..PARKING ACCESS CARD IS RM20/CAR AND IS NOT REFUNDABLE..UPON ENTRANCE THERE WAS A COOKIE ON THE FLOOR, MAYBE THE ROOM IS NOT PROPERLY CLEANED..RAIN SHOWER IN MASTER ROOM IS NOT WORKING..NO SMART TV AS MENTIONED..JUST FEW LOCAL CHANNELS AVAILABLE..ROOM NUMBER IS 1306..BUT OVERALL IS A MUST PLACE TO STAY FOR A FAMILY TRIP..VERY COMFY AND THE POOL IS AWESOME..

For a quick business stop, it's okay. Pool view is nice in the picture, but it is overcrowded all the time.
Our room facing road/highway at the back, so it is noisy a bit. Parking is not free, RM20 per day. Guest parking is almost impossible to get.

Walking distance to Sunway Putra Mall.

Overall, the studio type room was okay for my family as we only need a room to sleep and bath, we were outside most of the time. The pool was stunning, but it is quite inconvenient for us to go to the pool as we have to go to another block from where we are staying.

We could not check in 3pm when supposed to coming in. Swimming pool is awesome but is not that clean.

탑루프 수영장엔 12살 미만 어린이는 입장 불가라 그게 좀 아쉽네요
전반적으로 만족한 여행이었습니다

Excellent location that is next to shopping mall. Easy to grab car. Comfortable stay.

기대 안 하고 갔는데 너무 좋았어요ㅠㅠ 2명이었는데 넘치게 넓구요! 저는 사진에는 없는 룸이었는데 세탁기도 있어서 수영장 갔다가 빨래도 해서 넘 좋았구요! 엄청 큰 티비가 유투브가 돼서 하루종일 티비만 보고도 잘 놀았어요! 가까운 곳에 마트도 있어서 장 봐서 요리 해먹어도 돼서도 좋았어요~

주방 용품은 쓸만함 주방용 가위 없슴
가족과 하루 쉼 뷰 좋은 풀장과 호텔이 아닌 콘도에서 지낸다고 보면 됨

Ruim appartement direct aan de afrit van de snelweg in Kuala Lumpur. Mooi en ruim zwembad aanwezig. Bij ons mistte enkel de extra dekens voor de slaapbanken in het appartement.

This is a disappointment, right from parking which security didn't allow me into the estate as I do not have a Visitor Pass to getting to a "Non-smoking" Room which in fact was filled with a stench of second hand cigarette smell. The Room floor was sticky, the elevator is like a Cargo Lift. In a nutshell, if you wanna try what I've experienced. Please go ahead.

It is a private property, I did not expect that there isn't any reception. The security would not help you to get into the apartment. You need to contact the owner. They are trying to be nice and helpful. The property is relatively modern, well maintained, nice and safe for family trip or a group of people.

It was an apartment ready completely to occupy. You think of anything, it is there for you. So tastefully done with high quality standards. Excellent space, facility, and all in perfect order.
Since it is not a hotel, nobody is available to you for anything, you will have to manage yourself. The person in charge was available on whatsapp and guided us. A helper ensured we checked in.
It is a great value for money. One harrowing experience - the person in charge was not available on phone since she was travelling, asking us to get on to whatsapp only. We just landed and had difficulty connecting our data etc.
Eventhough it was roaming, i felt the person should have spoken to us over phone comforting us. Trying to save a little, but left us in tension for half an hour. It required some human touch. The first helper could not understand a word of English, but the second one did and was sweet.

Just an ok place. Price is in the higher side as compared to other options in KL. only took this because staying with 3 kids.
