Lovely hotel and friendly staff!
Pros:

Nice spacious room, good breakfast and friendly staff

Cons:

The location is great for peace and quiet however you constantly need taxis to get everywhere- even to a shop. We knew this and chose to be away from the chaos of patong.

Great holiday.
Pros:

The rooms were a great size. Nice & clean. They made great drinks, plenty of places to sit around the hotel outside in the shade. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. The pool and kids pool was always clean. Loved it. The free shuttle to Patong beach & shopping centre was great. The staff were always friendly.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact getting into the pool was so slippery. I nearly fell, two of my grand kids did slip over on the step. I feel the shuttle could start an hour earlier & be a little more frequent. They could have a little broader menu.
