Pros:

The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. The pool area was very relaxing and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for reaching Patong Beach. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the beach and a nearby mall, which was very convenient. Breakfast had a good variety with different options each day, although the pastries were mostly the same daily. Other than that everything was fine. Highly recommended.

Cons:

There was a drainage smell in parts of the compound, and at times it could also be noticed in the room.

Good service but location is a problem
Pros:

Good spacious silent rooms, service is excellent, very polite and helpful staff available anytime.
Room has microwave so you can easily bring a meal from 7-eleven and heat in the room.
The main pool is large with great sunset view and is immaculately clean. Staff take great care in maintaining all the pools in the property.
Bathrooms have very good water pressure.

Cons:

The jacuzzi room we got was about 100 stairs away from the lobby. Going to the room is easy but coming back up was difficult as there is no elevator.

Location is not good, difficult to get cabs, there is no 7-eleven/convenience store nearby. Also, the shuttle service provided to Patong only starts from 12 pm and runs every 2 hours till 8 pm. This is not enough if you need to make a quick run to Patong area. Shuttles should run atleast every hour till 10pm. Also, the shuttle vehicle is like a cattle van with wooden seats and no seat belts or AC. Other resorts used proper AC MPVs as shuttle vehicles.

Breakfast spread is ok but it is not kept hot and all items are cold even if you visit at 7:30 am.
Bathroom and toilet are a bit small and the doors are see-through with no locks.

Pros:

Lækker værelser, god sengen, dejligt poolområde og skønt personale.

Beliggenheden er lidt svær på bjerget mellem Patong og Kathu. Så man skal have scooter eller bestille taxa når man skal noget. Dog er der shuttlebusser hver anden time ned i Patong by og strand. Det er fint og morgenmaden var ok 🍹🤓
