Cons:

Khu vệ sinh có mùi cống, khi tắm nước làm ướt toàn bộ phòng vệ sinh, ăn sáng rất ít đồ để lựa chọn.

Awful should have been told 700 rooms we were the only ones stayed 2 nights never again !
Pros:

Yin one very special person made the difference .

Cons:

Building 24 hours noise could not sleep please don’t use this hotel but all the bay being renovated keep away for 2 year min

We decided to spend extra for this stay and treat ourselves. For the price paid I’d expect a higher quality all around.

Hanna is great. Very helpful and attentive.

Cons:

Breakfast was limited. No restaurant or bar facilities open. We were there in a quiet season and after a typhoon! But we were comfortable.

Pros:

Hanna was extremely helpful in organising our transport to and from the Island and she also booked us on a boat trip which was superb.

Cons:

Our room was very dated and felt dirty. Housekeeping had done a poor job of cleaning the floor in the room and also the bathroom basin after the previous guest. The shower was over a bath and the bath would move while standing in it. There was no bedding - only sheets. The breakfast was uninviting, even an omelette was tasteless.

Cons:

Will never recommend this place. When we reached, there was no staff, only receptionist who did not understand English.

No water in bathroom for almost 2 hours, not even in WC, took multiple complaints to get it fixed, at 5 in the evening, restaurant was closed already.

Lock of bathroom was broken so door could not be closed, one has to become bathroom singer unless staying alone.

Chair in balcony was broken, my son did see and fell off of it

Understaffed place with things not working and no one to fix them.

Pros:

Room: The whole hotel is a bit older. Room & bathroom very functional.

Breakfast: Selection limited but ok. Due to negative feedback, they have decided to make some improvements. I think it's great that they take feedback seriously and want to improve.

Restaurant: We didn't try

Location: Very nice. A little quieter at the end of the main road. But closer to the beaches.

Nice view from the balcony. The room had full equipment.

Cons:

Only 1 person spoke english. It was unbelivable. The hotel had not even a coffee in the lobby. They haven't heared about rum. The bed and bathroom was clean, but the walls were extremely dirty. The hotel has no beach at all, its not true in the description. Wifi was very poor. If there is any hance that you have to work or do send anything important, dont chose this hotel. The breakfast fast only until 9:00 am, i find it a bit early. The beakfast was ok, not too good.

Cons:

Beds were really uncomfortable, people were screaming in the hall late at night and early in the morning so our sleep sucked, it smelled musty in the room and be couldn’t open the door/window to get air in because we were closed in by rocks. Bad value for money.
