Isana Hotel Dalat

The bathroom smelled so bad, we had to keep its door closed at all times. Asked to switch to another room, and was told no other room available. This was during the low season (August), we barely saw any other guest besides us. Receptionist girl was playing on her phone for a good several minutes while we waited for her to lead us to our room, dead tired from a long bus trip. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here, don't make the same mistakes we did! There are plenty other hotels in the vicinity that are in the same price range.

Horrible customer service. The woman at the front desk was fine when we checked in, but as soon as our stay ended, she did not even bother to attempt to be courteous, seeing how we are no longer of any value to her. After we checked out, we asked if we could use the restroom while waiting for our bus to arrive, this was what she said, and I quote "We don't have any restroom here!" This was after she ignored us until she could no longer because we kept trying to get her attention. We literally stood in front of the counter and she was sitting behind it, we kept saying "excuse me" multiple times to her and receiving no response whatsoever.
That was not all. We rented a couple motorbikes from her. The gas tanks on them were empty when we received the bikes. Not a problem, we thought, maybe the previous customers were inconsiderate and didn't at least fill up a couple liters of gas or something. After we returned the bikes, we made sure to leave them with a quarter tank full of gas. Guess what we caught her doing? We went up to our rooms to prepare for check-out. When we came down, we saw her hastily removing a gas pump from the bikes. The woman was trying to siphon off the extra gas that we left in there for the next customers. It wasn't until then we realized that the bikes we received were not empty for no reason. She probably did this to every single one that she got back that had any gas left in it.

Needless to say, we'd never stay there again.

Room was advertised as a normal mid range hotel, but when I checked in, I was told I had booked a small room with no window !
After refusing that I was given the room i would have expected for the price paid.
Yourselves and the hotel should be clear about NOT having a window !
Without knocking someone unlocked my room door and tried to enter at 8-30am while i was still in the room. Suprisingly !

I stayed at this hotel once before and found it very good. The service is still good there. This time, the room they put my wife and I in, had a bad odour. We let the receptionist know and that afternoon she moved us to a better room. Great service. Thanks for the stay. We really enjoyed it. And it was lovely to be able to park our motorbike under the hotel, securely. If I was to mention the only downside to the stay, it would be the cleaning staff who clean the rooms each day. They threw away my toothbrush for some reason. And they didn’t leave an additional toilet paper roll there for our 3 day stay. On two separate days we had to ask for more. Perhaps you could speak to your cleaning staff to rectify this small issue. Thanks again.

They booked us into a room with no windows while we had booked one with windows. They then upgraded us to the penthouse with balcony to their credit. Great location however staff could be friendlier

달랏 여행중 숙박에 대해 고민 하다가 들어간곳이였는데 기대치 보다는 많이 미흡했지만 나름 가성비대비 하면 괞찮은 곳이였네요

-Insalubrité des toilettes à l’arrivée (poil et urine apparente) et chambre mal nettoyé (long cheveux sur les serviettes et au sol).
-Pas de bureau (seulement une table) et pas de frigo (alors qu’ils étaient mentionnés).
-Pas d'évacuation d'humidité dans la salle de bain.
-Fenêtre donnant sur le couloir à l'intérieur de l'hôtel et accessible par tout le monde.
-Salon de coiffure au rdc qui donne directement sur la chambre. On entend le bruit du sèche cheveux jusqu’à 21h30 et les odeurs des produits sont insupportables.
-Aucune isolation sonore.
-Ménage censé être fait le matin et qui n’est toujours pas fait l’après midi (passé 15h) alors que ça a été demandé plusieurs fois dans la journée.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral fast am Marktplatz und mein Zimmer im 5. Stock war trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ich hatte einen großen Balkon und hübsche Sicht über die Stadt.

WLAN war schnell und das Hotelpersonal stets freundlich. Nur Frühstück gibt's keins. Noch nicht mal einen Frühstücksraum. Aber Bäcker gibt's am Marktplatz und Cafés gegenüber und nebenan.

The hotel room has good European style. Big window gave room a lot of light.

Das Hotel war sauber und das Personal recht freundlich. Die Nähe zum Nachtmarkt war top. Würde ich immer weiter empfehlen.

Hotel was fine. Nothing special and nothing bad. I would stay again and recommend you do too.

Hipster Area of Dalat

Hotel was ok, within walking distance to night market and lake. Room was small compared to other hotels we stayed at from Hanoi to Saigon and cities in between. I noticed bugs on the bed so for this reason I don't recommend it.

We were lucky enough to come when breakfast was being served. The breakfast had a lot of variety and very good. Unfortunately, it was only for a limitied time. The hotel is too far to comfortably walk to the market though with the uphills and downhills. It would be nice if the room had air conditioning even though Dalat is one of the cooler places in Vietnam. If this place had breakfast all the time I would definitely stay here again, but I would opt for a closer place since it does not.

Very large room but it was over a hairdressers, which was part of the hotel. I didn't like the smell of hair products which was present during working hours. Very few services available in hotel.

The hotel is located on a lovely French style street. The street is one way so easy to walk and keeps noise down. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the street I suppose it's a tourist area really but the local markets are only a 5 min walk and so is the lake. We did tours with Green horizons which is located right next door and they were great to deal with. Hotel room was small but had everything you need and was tidy. Room serves came in daily and changed towels and made bed. If you are after a clean tidy room at a good price go here.
