Convenient for BIMC
Pros:

That it is close to the BIMC hospital, breakfast is basic but good

Cons:

A/C in gym needs to be replaced, very little are the area, no restaurants

Pros:

Bellissima stanza con vista sulla laguna, molto ampia e dotata di ogni comfort, bellissimo bagno con vasca e doccia.
Bella piscina sul rooftop.
Ottima colazione.

Cons:

La cena bbq un po' deludente per il prezzo pagato.
Cappuccino non incluso nella colazione ma disponibile solo a pagamento.

Great stay in Bali.
Pros:

The facilities the hotel offer are great, the pool area is quite relaxing and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. The buffet breakfast has a wide range of options to fit almost all tastes and the staff often are willing to prepare something else you would like.
The room was cleaned on a daily basis and a bottle of complimentary water left for each of us. The towels were changed daily too.
We had one of the bathroom bulbs malfunctioning and it was shortly resolved upon reporting it to the staff.
The location is great, just about 30 minutes from the airport and close to Bali Collection shopping centre which you can get to via shuttle in the hotel lobby.
Getting a spa treatment at the hotel is quite easy to book and highly recommended as the staff is quite professional.
The restaurant has great options at competitive prices and you can even have dinner while you enjoy the daily activities/dances the hotel offer.
Also, the hotel has a gym that looked great but we did not get a chance to use it.

Cons:

At night, a sewage smell came from the bathroom so we recommend to keep the door closed at night. We do not think this is a problem of the hotel as we detected the same smell at various locations in Bali.

Lovely but pool not great
Pros:

Lovely clean room
Nice gym with a decent range of equipment - squat rack, 1 bench, free weights, few cardio machines.
Very welcoming and kind staff. Helped me sort a tour at the very last minute when my travel agency bailed on me
The bed was very comfy and massive
Long gym and pool opening hours
2x 500ml bottles of water provided every day

Cons:

Pool is quite small and hidden behind the restaurant, so not great for access - would need to walk in bikini as people are eating breakfast/drinking at night
Not a real fridge in the room, it's a cooler

Clean, big room

Cons:

Location was awful, worst place in Bali by far. Nothing nearby, all private beaches so can’t go anywhere else. Nothing nearby to eat. Most expensive place we stayed in Bali too.
Hotel was nice, but only 6 loungers between all guests, and alcohol was double as expensive as everywhere else. Although i understand its due to location.
