Cons:

Manque d’insonorisation des chambres par rapport au couloir. Emplacement un peu décentré nécessitant un driver pour se déplacer.

Value for money is very good
Pros:

Amazing staff, rooftop pool and restaurant which are both great. Gym is fab and we got a massage inside the hotel at midnight which was lovely.

The details in a good location and perfect service
Pros:

The deal is very clean. Staff are very friendly housekeeping are really great and receptionist were very helpful. Even the lady in the Reception actually both of them was today morning shift. I don’t know the names, but they came in my bags. They didn’t let me carry the bag on the checkout to the car that is ready good location, and recommend to all visitors.

Cons:

Nothing that I didn’t like every thing was perfect

非常に良かった。
Pros:

朝食のバラエティーがあり楽しめた。スタッフがすごく愛想良く、いろいろなリクエストにすぐ応えてくれた。屋上のプールが眺めもよく楽しめた。部屋にバルコニーがあり、外の景色を楽しめた。ホテルを出たところに店があり重宝した。

Quality hotel in good location for Nusa Dua
Pros:

Exceptional staff service, staff friendly and helpful.
Rooms are clean and comfy, with balcony view of the nearby lagoons.
Hotel has good on site amenities including a gym, rooftop pool, and a restaurant that does good breakfast selection.
Shuttle service to / from airport hotel can be booked.
Would stay again :)

Cons:

Mancanza di uno stendino in balcone, tenendo conto che siamo in un luogo di mare e che l'hotel è un 4 stelle, mi aspettavo di trovarlo (c'è solo una sedia in balcone)
Poco spazio nell'armadio, impossibile disfare grandi valigie.
Dalla nostra stanza al terzo piano sentivamo spesso i galli cantare durante la notte e al mattino, cosa davvero disturbante. È evidente che l'insonorizzazione non sia adeguata.
Ristorante/bar sul rooftop caro e non all'altezza, ci siamo andati solo 1 volta a pranzo e oltre a non avere disponibilità di molti piatti presenti sul menù, i pochi presenti non erano buoni e ben cucinati (peccato!)
Piscina davvero minuscola.

Good location - close to the beaches and restaurants, very friendly staff, amazing pool with children’s area, nice restaurant, so testy breakfast with lots of choice and cookies were the best!,
good entertainments in the evening for the customers and amazing king size ++ bed!

Cons:

In my opinion it miss another chair and
a small table on the balcony.
Not lots of place for storage in the room.
