Pros:

Good hotel with an amazing location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops. The room was very clean and neat, and the breakfast was okay.
The biggest issue for me was the internet—the connection wasn't as good as advertised. However, the excellent service and fantastic location more than made up for it and definitely tipped the scales in the hotel's favor.

The London Hanoi Hotel is tucked away in a quieter, professional area of Cau Giay. The hotel goes to great lengths to provide immense value and accessible pricing for what it delivers! It features a large building with ornate interiors and rooms that are spacious and reasonably well-equipped, including both showers and bathtubs.

If you are traveling on a modest budget—or visiting Hanoi with friends—and want a more authentic local experience with a commute into the city center, this is the place! It allows you to enjoy a nice, spacious hotel without the high price tag. Because it is locally managed, the experience is distinct from standardized international chains; it has its own unique charm, is fairly new, and is packed with value. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and very skilled at using translation apps to communicate.

Cons:

Mostly minor. Don’t believe the shower and bathtub was intuitive, not the best buffet, don’t use the stairway, occasionally the front desk was unstaffed.
