Buena ubicación, pero habitaciones muy desiguales para el mismo precio y mala gestióndel personal

La ubicación es buena y el personal fue amable durante la estancia.

Cons:

Reservamos dos habitaciones de la misma categoría y al mismo precio, pero eran completamente distintas: una era literalmente el doble de grande que la otra y tenía una cama mucho más amplia. Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta superior y era muy pequeña, tipo altillo, con el techo inclinado; al levantarte de la cama te dabas golpes constantemente. Además, la ventana del techo no cerraba bien y por la mañana entraba mucha luz. La cama era demasiado pequeña para dos personas y apenas pudimos dormir.

La otra habitación, en cambio, era completamente normal, con una ventana grande y porticones para tapar la luz y una cama de tamaño estándar. No deberían tener el mismo precio!

Para colmo, el secador no funcionaba. Bajamos a recepción y nos dijeron que ya lo sabían y que no lo arreglarían hasta dos días después. Si ya lo sabían, deberían haberlo avisado en el check-in. Me di cuenta al salir de la ducha y tuve que salir a la calle con el pelo mojado.

Depende de dónde te toque la habitación oyes más o menos el ruido de los pasillos/escaleras/perro. Pero en general el trato es tan bueno, que compensa.
