Pros:

Excellent location right in the heart of Sighnaghi, with everything within walking distance. Beautiful views of the Alazani Valley and a very good breakfast.

Cons:

We specifically chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday and enjoy the SPA facilities. Unfortunately, both saunas were out of order, and the swimming pool was too cold to use comfortably.

The most disappointing part was that nobody informed us about the unavailable saunas, either before arrival or during check-in. We only discovered this when we went to the SPA area.

Technical issues can happen, but failing to inform guests is unacceptable, especially for a hotel in this price category. Had we known, we would have chosen another hotel.

The location is super! Great spot.

Very expensive breakfast — 50 GEL per person, even charged the full price for a child. Also, the sauna was closed.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut überzogen. Würde das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten und auch verschiedene Kaffeevarianten.
In dem von uns gewählten Zimmer war die Aussicht sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Zimmer Ausstattung entspricht nicht der angegebenen Sterne Anzahl überall Flecken auf dem Boden abgeschlagene Putzstellen, Duschtüre was hoch verzogen, dass sie sich nicht verriegeln ließ, Toilette muss auch dringend erneuert werden. Das Bett ist 1,40 m breit bedeutet pro Erwachsenen 70 cm Platz.
