Pros:

Многократно здесь оставнавливались и всегда довольны.В Сигнаги-это лучший отель уже много лет.

Cons:

В бассейне сильно чувствовался-запах рыбы. Кое-где зеленая плесень.

Один из лучших отелей в Сигнахе
Pros:

Очень доброжелательный персонал на ресепшен. Чудесная девушка помогла купить билет на концерт. Было комфортно, уютно и вкусно на завтраке. Большое спасибо!

Pros:

Beautiful location, the property has all the facilities to relax and enjoy our time in Sighnaghi. The room was very big. The swimming pool was also very nice.

A relaxing stay with gorgeous views
Pros:

Beautiful room with high ceilings, decorative rug and antique style desk, lovely terrace with gorgeous views of the valley, and the staff were helpful and accommodating to our requests for a room with both a good view, balcony, and separate beds. They provide cute, cozy robes for use in the spa area. The sauna and pool were clean and beautifully appointed. Continental breakfast buffet offers a good spread including eggs, matsoni, savory fermented vegetables, and regional pastry.

Cons:

Extra fee for pet stay, lack of source to refill drinking water in the pool/sauna area or in the rooms, which caused us to rely on the mineral water provided by the mini bar. Wine bar listed in the description is not open to the public but only available for group rental. Restaurant was not open during the day. For these reasons we knocked down a couple of points despite that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

La vue depuis la chambre, la piscine et la petite salle de fitness. Confort du lit et espace dans la chambre.

Le personnel au petit-déjeuner

Cons:

Les tapis dans la chambre était très sale avec des tâches et et toutes les boiseries sont vétustes.
Pas de restaurant ouvert le soir.

Toutes lumières éteintes dans le lobby de l'hôtel à 20:30. Impresssion désertique.

Seul hôtel où une pré-réservation sur la carte visa a été faite. Elle a officiellement été transformée en paiement à l'entrée et pourtant la réservation est toujours active (et ce n'est pas exactement le même montant). L'hôtel nous a envoyé les preuves de leur banque malheureusement rien n'a encore été résolu.

L'hôtel ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles du tout et les prix sont malheureusement surévalués.

Location on the hill and nice view.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was marred by a few issues.

1) The hotel has a parking area, but for some reason they refused to let us park our car there and advised us to look for a spot nearby.

2) When we decided to use the pool (and before that, we called the front desk to ask about slippers for the pool), once we arrived and used the pool, we noticed the smell and fumes of chlorine (or smth same). We quickly left, but we had already started coughing and our eyes were stinging. Then, as we were leaving, an employee met us and said, “Oh, we’re doing maintenance on the pool today.” There were no signs or notifications for guests, and all the doors were open. What if there had been children there? Please take action!

3) And finally, the hotel markets itself as a 5-star property. We had notified them in advance that it was one of our birthdays, but there was no simple greeting from the hotel or a discount on any service.

The location is beautiful, but serious improvements are needed regarding the staff and service.

Gorgeous hotel, wonderful staff, best view in Sighnaghi
Pros:

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and wonderful staff. The room was clean and beautiful. The bathroom was luxurious. Nothing could beat the view from the balcony we had in the room. The indoor pool and sauna was absolutely incredible with views of Sighnaghi.
