Pros:

Отель очень понравился, в номере было все необходимое, номера уютные и чистые, нам сделали апгрейд и дали видовой номер с балконом, вид из номера потрясающий на кавказский хребет.... Завтраки нормальные. Персонал очень милый.

Cons:

Не очень прозрачная вода в бассейне.

Pros:

Great location, very helpful staff, comfortable room and bed, great breakfast, excellent views and overall value. What is there else to ask?

Cons:

Some very minor problems with the hotel's computer system at the check in, which didn't really effect me too much.

Staff were very nice and friendly, bathroom is huge and apartment was clean.

Cons:

Room with terrace has huge windows and door which are isolating properly. There was 5 mm gap between the door and frame and outside windy was whistling all night through that hole. It would be nice to have kettle in room as mentioned in previous review. Walls were damaged and not white anymore. I would also appreciate slippers, especially if they have spa in hotel.

Spa is great, but water in swimming was cold. Steam sauna was out of order (very usual in hotel) and Finnish sauna was extremely hot (hitting 110°C). Wooden bucket had holes, so it couldn't be used properly and handle bar of door to shower was broken.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Amazing views and sightseeing terrace! The service is super attentive and professional, the breakfast is various and the food quality is outstanding. We enjoyed every single minute of our stay! The rooms are well equipped and spacious.

The staff is good and they arranged good Trans from airport..

Cons:

Basic facilities like tea, coffee, kettle is not there in the room. You have to call the reception and call for hot water. Carry your own tea or coffee.. the location is also outside the main street.. also when we went the pool and steam was not working but for that they gave us a room upgrade..

Best place to stay and eat in Sighnaghi!
Pros:

Everything was amazing. Receptionist was great, she upgraded us to room with a better view and it was truly amazing, especially the sunrise. Also restaurant food was one of the best we had in Georgia, adding to that, wonderful service that our waiter provided.

我於 2025 年 10 月 31 日至 11 月 1 日，透過 Booking.com 應用程式預訂了一晚住宿。原本的預訂條款為「到店付款」，但 Booking.com 的系統要求我必須提供信用卡資料，並在我的卡上預留了一筆預付保留金。
之後，我於 2025 年 10 月 25 日已透過 Booking.com 完成提前付款。然而在 2025 年 11 月 1 日退房後，我發現信用卡帳單上出現相同金額的第二次扣款。經向銀行查詢，才得知該筆款項是由酒店在我入住時直接扣取。
我立即向 Booking.com 投訴，並提交所有相關證據。Booking.com 回覆稱已與酒店確認，並建議我直接聯繫酒店。這是否意味著 Booking.com 認為此事與他們無關、並不再處理？

我隨後與酒店聯繫，酒店卻回覆說應由 Booking.com 處理退款，他們不會負責。雙方互相推卸責任，但最終就是沒有人願意退款。我在 Booking.com 應用程式內多次追問進度，卻始終未獲任何回覆。
之後我再次致電 Booking.com 投訴，客服僅表示會「轉交財務部處理」。期間我仍持續與酒店聯絡，酒店最後雖願意退款，卻要求我自行負擔約 1% 至 2% 的銀行手續費。然而整件事中我並無任何過錯，為什麼最後卻要由我承擔損失？酒店與 Booking.com 都沒有任何損失，反倒是客人被迫吸收額外費用。

Booking.com 顯然缺乏完善的系統與流程，無法確保客人在提前付款後不會被重複扣款。更令人擔憂的是，他們將客戶的信用卡資料直接交由酒店處理，這本身就已構成潛在的個資及金融資料外洩風險。Booking.com 在得知問題後並未積極處理，只是要求酒店退款，並要我「自行與酒店聯繫」，彷彿完全與事件無關。然而，問題正是源於 Booking.com 不完善的付款機制以及信用卡資料交由酒店處理所造成。
至於酒店方面，我深信他們早已知道我已提前付款。因為在辦理入住時，員工在查閱系統時明確告訴我：「您已經付款了。」這表示他們的系統內清楚顯示我的付款紀錄。即便如此，他們不但沒有解除信用卡上的預授權，反而再次從我的信用卡扣除同樣金額。

最終，我必須多次在電郵與電話中來回溝通、不斷追問，才在一個月後的 2025 年 11 月 29 日拿回屬於我的款項。
整件事讓我深感失望。我相信，如果我沒有反覆追查、施壓，Booking.com 與酒店雙方都不會主動退款。即使明知情況不合理、甚至可能涉及違規，他們依然選擇不處理；只有在被不斷提醒、催促的情況下，才被迫給予回應。Booking.com 更是試圖將責任推回客人身上，完全忽略了這起事件的根本原因──他們將客戶的信用卡資料外洩至酒店並導致重複扣款。
整個事件中，唯一沒有錯的人是我；真正的錯誤，是我當初選擇使用 Booking.com 預訂這間酒店。

Cons:

I booked a one-night stay through the Booking.com app for October 31 to November 1, 2025. Although the booking was “pay at the property,” the system required my credit card and placed a pre-authorization. Later, on October 25, 2025, I paid in advance through Booking.com.

After checking out on November 1, I discovered a second identical charge on my credit card. My bank confirmed that the hotel charged me again during my stay. I immediately complained to Booking.com and provided all evidence. Booking.com replied that I should contact the hotel directly, which made me feel they were refusing to handle the issue.
When I contacted the hotel, they claimed Booking.com should refund me. Both sides pushed responsibility onto each other, and no one was willing to issue the refund. Despite repeatedly following up in the Booking.com app, I received no response. After another phone complaint, Booking.com said they would “forward it to their finance department.”

Meanwhile, the hotel finally agreed to refund me, but only if I paid the bank fees (1–2%), even though I did nothing wrong. Neither the hotel nor Booking.com would bear any cost, yet they expected the customer to.
Booking.com clearly lacks a proper payment system, which allowed a double charge even after I prepaid. They also passed my credit card details to the hotel, creating a risk of data exposure. Instead of taking responsibility, Booking.com asked me to resolve the issue with the hotel myself, even though the problem originated from their flawed process.
The hotel also knew I had prepaid—the staff told me at check-in, “You have already paid.” Despite this, they did not release the pre-authorization and charged my card again.

After many emails, calls, and constant follow-up, I finally received my refund on November 29—one month later.
The whole experience was extremely disappointing. If I had not kept pushing, neither Booking.com nor the hotel would have refunded me. My only mistake was booking this hotel
