Pros:

Location on the hill and nice view.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay at the hotel was marred by a few issues.

1) The hotel has a parking area, but for some reason they refused to let us park our car there and advised us to look for a spot nearby.

2) When we decided to use the pool (and before that, we called the front desk to ask about slippers for the pool), once we arrived and used the pool, we noticed the smell and fumes of chlorine (or smth same). We quickly left, but we had already started coughing and our eyes were stinging. Then, as we were leaving, an employee met us and said, “Oh, we’re doing maintenance on the pool today.” There were no signs or notifications for guests, and all the doors were open. What if there had been children there? Please take action!

3) And finally, the hotel markets itself as a 5-star property. We had notified them in advance that it was one of our birthdays, but there was no simple greeting from the hotel or a discount on any service.

The location is beautiful, but serious improvements are needed regarding the staff and service.

Gorgeous hotel, wonderful staff, best view in Sighnaghi
Pros:

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and wonderful staff. The room was clean and beautiful. The bathroom was luxurious. Nothing could beat the view from the balcony we had in the room. The indoor pool and sauna was absolutely incredible with views of Sighnaghi.

Zum zweiten Mal im Kabadoni und es war so wunderbar wie beim letzten Mal. Tolles Zimmer, ein unfassbar schöner Blick über das Tal, tolle Lage in der Kleinstadt, super Frühstück, stylish eingerichtet... Was soll man sagen?

Pros:

Отель очень понравился, в номере было все необходимое, номера уютные и чистые, нам сделали апгрейд и дали видовой номер с балконом, вид из номера потрясающий на кавказский хребет.... Завтраки нормальные. Персонал очень милый.

Cons:

Не очень прозрачная вода в бассейне.

Wonderful experience. Will come back next summer.
Pros:

Great location, very helpful staff, comfortable room and bed, great breakfast, excellent views and overall value. What is there else to ask?

Cons:

Some very minor problems with the hotel's computer system at the check in, which didn't really effect me too much.

Pros:

Staff were very nice and friendly, bathroom is huge and apartment was clean.

Cons:

Room with terrace has huge windows and door which are isolating properly. There was 5 mm gap between the door and frame and outside windy was whistling all night through that hole. It would be nice to have kettle in room as mentioned in previous review. Walls were damaged and not white anymore. I would also appreciate slippers, especially if they have spa in hotel.

Spa is great, but water in swimming was cold. Steam sauna was out of order (very usual in hotel) and Finnish sauna was extremely hot (hitting 110°C). Wooden bucket had holes, so it couldn't be used properly and handle bar of door to shower was broken.
