Prince Hotel

Excelente servicio, la gente muy amable, super atentos. El lugar brilla por la limpieza y las habitaciones súper cómodas y grandes. La zona es tranquila y en general tuve una excelente experiencia en el hotel.

Razoável, o valor para a acomodação estava correto, entretanto a região não é das melhores e tive agua no interior do quarto após uma chuva forte, aparentemente algo que pelo que os funcionários comentaram era comum,café da maha simples, porêm suficiente e atenção de pessoal 100% aprovada.

Bonito hotel, falta abastecer más la cafetería, las camas un poco duras, wifi un poco débil. Buena atención de su personal.

No me gusto la falta de limpieza diaria a sus instalaciones sobre todo baños en restaurante.

空港バスの発着乗り場から比較的近く便利。部屋は綺麗で、ベッドも大きい。シャワーの水量強めで、お湯もしっかり出る。室内に金庫もありちょっとした外出時にセキュリティを確保できそう。Wifiも強く、ストレスを感じることはなかった。スタッフも親切で、チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってくれた。部屋のキーがカードタイプなのも場所を取らずありがたい。
残念な点を書くと、部屋にハンガーがないこととロビーで売っているドリンクがやや高いこと。また朝食がやや寂しさを感じた。

Un hotel que cumple con todos los requisitos para una gran estadía familiar o de negocios. La zona no es comercial es habitaciónal seria el único comentario menor.

The room is nice and comfortable. The staff is really good and helpful. It's close to town and definitely living up to the price.

I arrived late at night and they received me nicely and very welcoming.
The room was nice, bright and very clean.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing. I just had some fruit, since the eggs were like from a week ago and their juices clearly from a box or bottled.
The bellboy was super nice as well as the reception staff.
This place has potential but the location ruins it all together with the breakfast.
There is a sauna outside by the pool and next to the gym which was lovely and its possible to see the bottom of the pool. I am sure its nice during daytime but if you arrive tired after a busy day of meetings you just need to swim and rest at the jacuzzi but it's cold. So you are forced to use the sauna.
I wouldn't return to this hotel, since in downtown Santa Cruz I've seen better at the same price.
