Small balcony. Very hard to relax and read with it's size.

I love this gem of a hotel tucked into the main street of Sanur. The staff are so warm & welcoming. The room is so comfortable with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The rooms were too fancy , which increased the price of the room . Staff were also too formal , and not as openly friendly as other places in Bali

The room was spacious and clean, the location was perfect for us, close to the beach, the markets, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants close by. We did eat at the Cork restaurant within the hotel and the food was really good. staff were amazing, polite and helpful.

Such a nice hotel with beautiful, comfortable, large rooms. Nice view of the pool area. Location was in the middle of Sanur with plenty of restaurants close by and a supermarket next door. Pool was nice.
Beach and beach path was about a 300-400m walk. We had a lot of rain and the main road flooded right at the hotel (had to wade through ankle deep water). Gym was very small with a treadmill, stationary bike and a complete set of dumbbells.
Room and breakfast. Pool but couldn't get the spa to work
No yogurt at breakfast for 2 days. I always have yogurt for breakfast. This was very unfortunate.
