Maison Aurelia Sanur, Bali - By Préférence

Great location, friendly and competent staff, lovely rooms, and good food and live music at the attached restaurant. We stayed as a family of four with two young kids and the adjoining rooms, separated by a living room, was the perfect layout for us.

Decor. Rooms. Service was all exceptional. The pool area although small was adequate and beds were always available. Spa was very good and the food/beverage from bar area was always served with a huge smile and very welcoming. Location was excellent. Housekeeping staff always smiling and eager to assist if you had a query and the turn down evening housekeeper staff member was a credit to the Hotel. Reception staff always acknowledged you as you walked back and fore even if they were busy on their booking systems. First class and so glad we booked this Hotel.

I always love staying at Maison Aurelia in Sanur. It is such a beautiful boutique environment. The staff are so friendly, professional & helpful. I'll be back for sure!

We stayed 5 nights in the Magnolia Suite which was perfect for us. The room was clean, with comfortable beds, and as I usually stay in low budget accommodation, it felt like luxury. The poolside area was better than expected, and the location was convenient for what we needed. Central location, short walk to the beach, many restaurants and shops. The staff were very welcoming, professional and friendly, the doorman was particularly polite, cheerful and helpful.
We didn't eat at the restaurant, and we didn't use the spa so I can't comment on those.

We very much enjoyed our 7-night stay at the Maison Aurelia Sanur, Bali! The location is in the perfect location of Sanur, on the main street close to the beach and promenade in a very quiet area of Sanur. The location is also a very short walk to lots of Balinese and international restaurants and the new mall and movie theatre. Our room was very spacious with a separate sitting area which made the room perfect for lounging. The room is serviced twice; once in the morning and at night for a "turndown" service. The housekeeping team always did a great job in taking care of our room. Also, the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. EVERYONE at the front desk we met and chatted with spoke excellent English, were friendly, helpful and truly tried their best to ensure we had a good visit to their property and also to Sanur. I would like to give a special mention to two front desk employees who went "above and beyond" many times during our stay: Ari and Tio. Both gentlemen were over-the-top professional, helpful, had great senses of humor, and we very much enjoyed interacting with them. Ari and Tio were excellent "ambassadors" for the Maison Aurelia Sanur as well as for Bali!

Stylish and clean. And loved that it wasn’t too big

It was set out lovely. We loved everything here. Staff were fabulous. Housekeeping was fantastic, turn down service with a different bAli biscuit, teaching about culture was amazing, comfortable bed! the cold aircon, pool was cool not hot. Greeting by staff at door and reception, attending to us whenever staff could . Just loved it !

Could well be the most comfortable bed I have slept in, anywhere in the world. Very generous sized rooms. Food from the in-house restaurant was very good.

La gentillesse et la bienveillance du personnel, la qualité et la propreté de la chambre, la piscine, la cuisine.
Je pense que c’est plus cher que la moyenne de Sanur mais ça valait vraiment la peine.
On voyage avec un enfant de presque deux ans. Le lit bebe était de bonne qualité, la piscine est adaptée avec une partie où il pouvait jouer.
