Das Zimmer war sehr hübsch, sauber und mit Europäischem Standard. Die A/C hat das Klima im Zimmer sehr angenehm gemacht. Wir hatten zwei verbundene Zimmer mit einem Salon dazwischen, was eine sehr gute Grösse bedeutete.
Staff were amazing,location very central
After one night we asked to change rooms as we were at the front near road and was extremely noisy.Staff i must say were only to happy to accomadate our request.
Next room was so much better.Bed was very hard but maybe the same in Bali
Wir hatten ein geräumiges Familiezimmer und haben es sehr genossen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wir haben den Service sehr genossen. Das Hotel lag perfekt, um zum Strand zu gelangen, es gab viele gute Restaurants und auch shoppen war fußläufig kein Problem.
Das gebuchte Frühstück war ok.
Wenn ich etwas schreiben muss, dann dass es etwas laut war und der Pool sehr kalt.

De zwembad en de tuin zijn erg klein en functioneel. Kan echt mooier. Maar de loop afstand naar het strand maakt veel goed

The hotel was in a good location for restaurants and not too far to walk to the boardwalk and icon mall. I liked walking across the road to koa shala for yoga classes.
We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was very clean and comfortable. We had 2 bathrooms and a living area so lots of space for 4 people.
The breakfast at the restaurant was amazing and lots of choices to choose from. The pool area was also very nice and had lots of day beds and chairs.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was great with many restaurants and bars in close proximity. Lovely large room.
The hotel is quite dated and the bathroom shows it. The bed was not comfortable as I thought it was 'lumpy'. My husband didnt mind it. The pool was fine but if you want sun you would have to be very quick. Only sun for a very short time. The pool area looks a lot better on the website than actual. Breakfast was adequate but not inspiring.
Lovely serene energy, rooms and most of all the wonderful staff.
We always stay here as it it is an excellent clean hotel in a great location with very friendly staff.
Only issue this time was the breakfast thus arriving at a score of 8
They have changed the concept of the breakfast. Previously , you could help yourself to fruit, cereal and other goodies before ordering the main individual meal.
They now limit the fruit to a small plate and no longer provide cereal. The main courses are good , but do not order anything with poached eggs as they always arrive stone cold. The wait time under the new system is slow.
Breakfast inclusion is also expensive. We won’t include breakfast in the future and eat nearby where there are many good alternatives

Tout était parfait, le service, le confort, la piscine, le spa, le petit déjeuner, l'emplacement, nous ne regrettons pas notre choix.
