Gostei da tranquilidade e arredores do hotel. O espaço do saguão e restaurante é agradável.

Cons:

O quarto não tinha vista, apenas a visão limitada de um jardim interno. A piscina tinha muito barulho de máquinas.

Pros:

Comida excelente, pessoal do restaurante e da limpeza muito educados. A limpeza do quarto também estava muito boa.

Cons:

Demora na recepção e acho que pelo valor cobrado, as instalações deveriam ser mais conservadas. Não era ruim, mas não achei que estava no mesmo nível de outros hotéis da rede que já fiquei hospedada.

Pros:

Começando pelo espaço do quarto, camas excelente, roupa de cama impecável, banheiro espaçoso e com uma ducha sensacional, ar condicionado agradável, café da manhã bem variado, estacionamento gratuito e bem seguro. Shopping parque Dom Pedro bem próximo. Sempre que vou a Campinas me hospedo no Vitória Exprees

Hotel confortável em local tranquilo. Limpeza do quarto.

Cons:

Café da manhã um pouco atrapalhado no horário de pico (acaba o leite, o suco, o pratinho…). É importante repor antes que acabe.
