Colchão ruim, acústica dos corredores péssima. O vigia/ funcionário da noite, não o recepcionista, poderia ter sido solícito e nos informado q não adiantava tirar a bagagem na recepção, pois teríamos q colocar tudo de volta no carro para ir à garagem e lá retirar as malas de novo….
