Limpeza e conforto do quarto e da cama

Cons:

O café da manhã não oferece qq opção para pessoas com intolerância a glúten e lactose, o que é um problema beeem sério atualmente. Tenho intolerância a ambos; questionei pessoal da cozinha sobre alguma opção e simplesmente me responderam que não tinha. Inacreditável!
A academia é bem ruim; poderiam ampliar e melhorar aparelhos.
O barulho do salão/restaurante atrapalha muuuuito a tranquilidade nos quartos, principalmente aqueles mais próximos. Isso precisa ser corrigido - pq não colocam um "teto" acima do salão?
