O ponto realmente fraco do hotel é o restaurante. A comida em si é até boa, mas os serviços, os funcionários são extremamente mal capacitados. Pra sevter ideia do amadorismo l, dentre outras coisas esqueceram de trazer talheres! Tivemos que pedir! No desjejum esqueceram do suco e quando serviram, depois que tivemos que pedir, veio um xarope de açúcar.. . Ah esqueceram da frutas tambem. Pareciam perdidos no serviço.

Pros:

La ubicación con hermosas vistas de la ciudad y el lago, las cómodas y acogedoras instalaciones del hotel, y la atención y amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

- El precio por una botella de agua mineral fue demasiado, lo que nos hizo evitar el restaurante del hotel.
- El calefactor de la habitación siempre se apagaba entre las 00:50 y las 04:50, y al volver a encenderlo, perdía la configuración de día y hora previamente establecida.

Our bathroom was dirty and the wifi didn’t work.
Pros:

Pictures are different for reality. There were no hot tubs available with lake and volcano view.

It wasn’t very clean and quite run down.
