While the hotel staff and manager were nice people, there were a lot of issues we came across which would make me not want to return unless they made serious improvements with proper maintenance.
1) Airport Shuttle service - not available as advertised - which I did not find out until after booking and was one of the reasons I booked this hotel.
2) Bathtub did not function - we couldn't use the tub because the drain would not open and water sat in the tub when we tried. Only the shower was available for use.
3) Spa was under construction - so no services available at this 'hotel and spa'.
4) In-room safe was not working properly and would take multiple attempts to lock safe which was unpredictable with how much time it took to lock.
5) The biggest inconvenience was the room keys / lock was not functioning properly and for a 2 night stay, going in/out of room came with risk of lost time because the key cards would not re-program easily and on one of the occasions, the hotel needed to call a lock smith and we were locked out of our room for an hour or 2 which interrupted our night's limited time with family. They did not have a back up real key, the master key card did not work & the tech was not working to reprogram the room key. They offered to move us to another room which was also an inconvenience with all our belongings for just a 2 night stay with a really early flight departure for one of us.
Mgmt was very apologetic and provided airport taxis for our departures.

Không may đến kì nguyệt san ngủ bị tràn ra ga dường và khăn tắm 1 chút,các bạn chụp ảnh bắt đóng phí phạt để giặt ngay khi mình vừa xuống sảnh buổi sáng khiến tâm trạng mình không vui chút nào.Trước đó mình gia hạn phòng và đã thanh toán tiền phòng.Thay vì tế nhị lẽ ra các bạn nên nói vấn đề này thu thêm khi mình trả phòng,nếu không thu mình sẽ tip riêng sau.Vừa sáng sớm chuẩn bị đi chơi bị gọi lại đưa hình ảnh thu thêm 200k khiến mình và bạn trai không vui vì thiếu tế nhị.

Terrible hotel. Would not stay there again
It didnt have a buffet breakfast, just a few option for breakfast that you could choose one of them!
The only thing I thought the hotel lack was the breakfast menu was very small and the hotel pool hours were very short. You could not come home after a day of shopping and relax in the pool because it close so early.
Everything ok or very good, but the one thing I don’t like beca It is look like they’re cheating me, when I’m looking the hotel, the pictures they’re show very nice ( because they have another with the same name or they’re the same) and the pictures I saw very nice, so after i ready booking, they sent me another one. That ok . I’m very easy person.
The only good point was that the hotel is near the airport.
The facilities were not good. And there is no SPA in the hotel.
Very nice staff and comfortable rooms.
The water was not very hot in shower for some reason.
The staffs are friendly and helpful.
