The hotel was very nice and the restaurant was very good. There's limited parking and no smoking on the property.
Overall, this is really your best choice in Dipolog.
All the staff are extremely friendly.
The air conditioning and WiFi in the room were solid, and the bed was terrific!
The negative in the room is the lighting. It’s super dim, which does not give a cheerful atmosphere and also makes it hard to read. Just replace with brighter lights, and it would be great.
The breakfast was adequate, but lacking. Some fruit, and a pastry or croissant would really help.
Getting a ride to the airport was very nice. It’s only 6-7 minutes away.
But this is critical: when you arrive at Dipolog Airport, there are only motorbikes and trikes- no taxis. So if you are more than 1 person and / or have more than one suitcase, you absolutely must arrange for transportation in advance.

The check-in was really quick and all the receptionist was very nice places to eat was all walking distance. We had an excellent stay thank you very much.

It’s the most convenient hotel in the city close to almost everything. The only downside, they don’t change their linen often or the laundry is not done well as it shows smudges or hair upon getting in to the room. Maybe they’re saving some cost on linens. Not worth it, the hotel looks luxurious and it should match the room quality.

The shower head needs cleaning from water mineral buildup. Bathroom smell funky. Would be nice if small mini fridge in the room.
