満足です。
Pros:

GWに利用しました。雨が降っていましたが、玄関前に立駐がありとても助かりました。道後温泉、松山城、繁華街に行くにもとても便利でした。値段の割に（失礼）、中もきれいで清潔でした。

Cons:

GWのせいもあるのでしょうが、朝食が前日の3時頃には売り切れと合ったがとても残念でした。でも、目の前にセブンがあり問題はなかったです。
トイレの匂いが少し気になりました。

コスパ立地最強ホテル
Pros:

外観はちょっと古びてるけど、中はとても綺麗且つ従業員の方もとても丁寧で、1人2500円とは思えないとても満足度の高いホテルでした。
飲み屋街もすぐそこなので、とてもいいです。

Pros:

The smile-iest concierge ever! Super-impressed with the car lift (car totally safe, returned pointing the right way round). The room was clean and comfortable, the coffee delicious. Lots of items if you needed them, too. A fridge in the room was a nice bonus. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

A rucksack got left behind and fortunately, we realised before we left Matsuyama. As we pulled up, the smiley concierge dashed out with it - such excellent service- and it is all greatly appreciated.

Cons:

That we only stayed for one night!
