Wrong directions...
Pros:

Firstly had a 32km taxi ride instead of 14km because the directions are wrong on hotels.com. I finally get in and check-in is fine. The room looks nice, noticed it wasn't completely clean, this didn't really bother me. I go to the restaurant which was nice and cheap, about 100m from reception. Then got back to my room and the Wi-Fi was so weak I couldn't use it. This was very inconvenient as I am alone in a different country trying to organise my next few days. Next the TV channels had poor signal and we're fuzzy. I asked to use the laundry service in the morning, I was told to get up at 8am which was fine. They then tell me I cannot use it today. So now I'm running out of clothes to were, but maybe I dodged a bullet. Finally leaving in the morning they booked me a taxi, the driver then charged me more than the meter said.

I feel like I had a bad experience so don't write-off this hotel, but be wary. Also use Google Maps to find this hotel, it is 14km from Malang centre.
