Pros:

The room has central air conditioning, so the temperature cannot be adjusted individually. The front desk staff’s explanation was unclear, and the rules for the number of guests differ from most hotels. The semi-open smoking room on the first floor is located right in front of the elevator — really poor design.

電話対応の印象が良くなかったです。
チェックイン時、駐車場についての説明は聞いていましたが渡された用紙など、忘れてしまった事もありわからない事を書くにしたくてホテルに電話をしました。
質問を伝えたところ、チェックイン時に説明したはずですけどと言われました。
わからないから電話しているのに、そんないい方をしなくてもよいのではないかなと思いました。私達に非があるのはわかりますが、言葉の選び方は大切だと思います。対人なので。

駅に近く便利なホテル

駅のロータリー横にあったため、交通の便は良いホテルでした。安い部屋を予約したので、少し狭く感じました。

料金相応のホテルと思いました。
エレベーターの場所だけ案内されましたが、他は自分で調べないと何も分からなかったです。
4人での宿泊となりましたが、部屋の広さや設備的には3人で限界かなという部屋でした。
スタッフさん、特に朝食バイキングの方々は特に親切に対応して頂きました。食事の内容も満足です。
ただ大雨での宿泊でしたが、貸出ヒーターも品切れで部屋が寒かったです。靴も上着もベチャベチャでの翌朝は気持ち良く無かったです。
その点では、当たり前なのかもしれませんが来客に不親切で終わったと思います。

５泊しましたが、スタッフさんの対応は良く部屋は清潔でしたが、コインランドリーが乾きにくく時間がかかりました。2人分の衣類を洗濯乾燥するのに3台使いました。一台2時間程かかります。ランドリー中、買い物や食事をするのがおすすめです。

大学生の子供と３人で宿泊しました。
トリプルルームで快適に泊まれました。
金額なりで、ごくごく普通。館内も綺麗でした。
強いて難点を言えば、駐車場が止めれれば止めていいという曖昧な点です。
また、トリプルルームのわりに、コンセントが少なく、スマホの充電若干困りました。
