出張や観光メインで宿泊する時にお勧めのホテルです。
Pros:

駅が近く買い物や食事に便利だった。料金の割にはお部屋が良かった。チェックイン前や後に自分で荷物を預けられるロッカーがあった。パソコンなどの貴重品を預けることが出来るロッカーもあったので持ち歩かずに観光出来て良かった。

Cons:

チェックイン時間が３時と決まっているので仕方がないが、その時間に多くの人がロビーで待っていてチェックインに時間がかかった。部屋に入れない事は判っているが、手続きだけは先に出来るかと思い質問すると、スタッフがちょっと冷たい感じでやや残念だった。

地點好

Cons:

房間的窗戶無法緊閉，會有風灌進來，導致風聲非常大聲，影響住宿品質。還好入住是五月，冬天的話會冷死

Good location with some improvements
Pros:

Nearby the JR station, tram, bus station, restaurants, fish market and Matsumaru museum.

Cons:

The laundry room could be better. There was not even a table to fold the clothes or a place to sit. Many guests left the laundry for hours while finished so difficult to be used or not enough machines for the amount of people.
Window at the room was barely possible to be opened and was pretty warm in the rooms due to central heating and no airco available at that moment. At somepoint someone was smoking in one of the rooms and we could smell it still we had no smoking room. As well the laundry place was smelly from the smoking people room.

離車站進又可以寄存行李，真的是相當便利的一間住宿。
Pros:

自助式早餐樣式也算豐富，住宿地點就在函館車站前想要搭JR、鐵路、巴士、地面電車等都十分方便。
離朝市、藥妝、迴轉壽司、橫丁等也都只是幾步之遙非常方便。
此外住宿還有提供行李寄件服務，真的要且用且珍惜。

Cons:

吸菸區的氣味容易擴散出來，有點可惜。

とても良い滞在期間でした

立地条件はすごくいいし、部屋もすごくキレイだし、スタッフも優しく丁寧に対応してくれた！

駅近くなため行動しやすい

Cons:

夜エレベーター近くにある電子レンジのチンの男だったり開閉音が部屋にまで聞こえてうるさかった
バスタオルとフェイスタオルあるのはすごく良かったが、使うとタオルの繊維が肌についてお風呂に入ったのに不快だった
