駅から、ほぼアーケードを通っていけるため、雨でも心配が少ない。繁華街や、三越、藤崎にも近く大変便利なロケーション。

エグゼクティブルームはソファがあり部屋は広いが、ユニットバスは狭すぎであり黒カビが隅々に発生していた。
