立地がアーケード内で良い。
フロントの女性が素敵な笑顔で応対の言葉が丁寧、とても気持ちが良かった。人として尊敬レベル。
朝食は多くはないが基本的な種類は十分だった。ずんだ餅、蔵王ヨーグルトなど地元の味も用意されていた。コーヒーマシンにはスープもある。伝えにくいが食材フォローや細かい所でスタッフがきめ細かく丁寧な仕事をしているのが伝わって来た。最近の他ビジネスホテルの荒れた朝食会場と比較すると良かった。(この日はインバウンド客は少なかった)
建物設備は古いが必要十分。ウォシュレットも説明書きがあったので快適に使えた。枕も選べる。
備え付けのドライヤーとは別にでReFaのドライヤーとヘアアイロンを借りることが出来る。他にもレンタル備品があるので予めチェックしていけば荷物が減らせる。

Cons:

シングルは部屋が小さい。

スタッフの対応

Cons:

部屋の温度設定が20度になっていて、自分で調節しましたが、寝具が冷え切ってしまって初日はちょっと辛かったです。
