My loft residence

The address mentioned in the listing is wrong. The address mentioned was on the highway and actual hotel was almost 2km away from the actual address.
When asked about it they said they have one more branch which is not correct. I had booked the hotel based on the original address and I was very disappointed.

The room had cockroaches and was not clean.

Facilities were good and room, bed was good.

The name of the hotel is also changed.

Inconvenience to get public transportation

The mattress is very hard. The location is inconvenient for those who don't drive. Heavy traffic during peak hours to drive to the main road.

They have a great security and the room was really clean.

Arrival started poorly with my self not speaking thai and the very pleasant young lady at the reception speaking very little english but we managed with the help of language translating app.very happy with the room for a couple of nights stay,modern, clean,comfortable and good price.air con was pleasant,bed was wonderful (firm).NO english tv chanelsand the bar across the road played horrible music.

깨끗하고 수정장도 작지만 좋습니다. 다만 주변이 좀 시끄럽고 접근하기가 여럽습니다.

My second review and stay because we were so impressed we booked further.
We loved the area too, real Thai society and lots of nice food around.
Can't fault this hotel at all, excellent!

Stay was good but the internet was not working for all day in one of the day, Felt like not worth to pay. Also when the wifi network is up, should give a return call to inform the guest as part of a good service as guest am in real need for internet.

Stay was so so. Extended my stay due to work reasons. Paid to stay by cash over the counter with no receipt and worst of all internet was down for 15 hours. Previously stayed and internet was down too. Deep into the alley and out of main road location may not be convenient. Request were turned down by cleaner in thai with "no need to clean" after i requested for my room to be cleaned up with "Make up Room" sign hanging outside my room. Neighbour dogs barking loudly middle of night on various occasions frequently.

Reasonable price and comfort place. Not convenient for those who don't have private car.

Everything is ok but shower is quite weak.

Everything is good, except for location. It's far away from city and main road. Difficult for parking if you have your own car too.
