Greedy , dirty, and would not recommend
Pros:

By mistake I have double book, when I notified the check out lady she refunded the cheapest reservation 80$ and she kept 168$ plus 15$ fee for food. I was disappointed and expected better treatment from my own people.
Initially the bathroom was reeking of urine smell, I was given the next door room which was reeking with the same urine smell. Fan was soo dusty .

Trop se bruits car toutes les chambres donnent sur la piscine et musique a fond , chambres faites a 17h .
Petit déjeuner atroces , immangeable
Les autres repas facturé mais cela sint très bon.
Le café est payant meme le matin

C’est un très bel hôtel mais en terme de restaurant c’est pas à la hauteur on a pris le petit déjeuner avec un café qui avait le goût du jus de chaussettes deux omelettes préparées par un enfant de 12 bref pas terrible

How about some hot water in the shower, is that so hard. And if you are going to have a restaurant how about you have a menu, not just a sheet of paper with three choices. Just so you know, not every one who. stays in your hotel speaks Arabic or French. Apparently you haven't heard, English is very popular in some places.

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig direkt vor Guelmin
Pros:

Zimmer sind groß und sauber, und haben einen Balkon zum Innenhof mit den Pools. Das Restaurant hat allerdings unseren Erwartungen nicht entsprochen.
