Location, Location, Location :)
Pros:

The staff were super nice and accommodating, the room was cleaned to perfection everyday. Shower was fab. The location was amazing. I was absolutely come back here to stay again. Highly recommend,

Cons:

The only negative things I could say is there are no coffee facilities in the room. But they have coffee facilities you can avail of downstairs in the lobby from 12.00 but it actually turned out to be okay as you are near so many wonderful cafes and restaurants so it wasn't really an issue. It made you get up and go out early :)

Restful and relaxing
Pros:

Centrally located, easy to walk to the beaches and restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Pros:

Great location at walking distance to the old town, beach, bus and train station, public transportation and bars
Modern comfortable hotel. Stayed in a single room which was fine, with no space to spare, yet the bed was very comfortable and with a good size
The courtesy of the beverages in the room was a very nice touch as well as the coffee and beverages at the lobby in the afternoon

Cons:

A little bit larger room and more hanging pegs in the bathroom

Flott hotell med god beliggenhet og flott frokost
Pros:

Meget hyggelig betjening. Tatt veldig godt imot. Veldig god frokost med mye god frukt. Omelett, stekt og kokt egg var tilgjengelig. Stille og rolige frokostsal. Butikk rett over gaten om en trengte noe. Kort vei til spisesteder.

Wonderful. Would book again!
Pros:

The location was great and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast offered lots of options for all tastes. The extra touches of chocolates on the pillow and cabs at check-in were very thoughtful and appreciated.

Hotel in bester Lage.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage im quirligen Gros. Zimmer zur Straße jedoch ruhig. Großes bequemes Bett. Gutes Frühstück. Nachmittags Coffee-Corner in der Lobby.

Cons:

Keine Kosmetiktücher im Bad. Fehlende Toilettenbürste. Zu dünnes Toilettenpapier.

Great location,, but overall could be better
Pros:

The location is perfect. Close to the old city, close to the beach. Amazing neighbourhood with great coffee places, restaurants and shops. The shower was amazing. The room was super clean. We got some complementary drinks and welcome sweets.

Cons:

The rooms are small. The isolation is terrible. We could hear people from the room next to ours talking. Like, normally talking, they didn’t rise their voices or anything. They have upgraded us to the bigger room, so we had 2 levels. It would be way better and more comfortable if they turned lower part into the sitting area with sofa bed instead of the king size bed. With the current layout they have 2 king size beds (each on both levels) and there are no space to move much. Anyway there is only 1 bathroom and stairs are super noisy so if someone needs to go to toilet or anything it would wake up everyone.

Ideale Lage für uns

Cons:

Unengagiertes Personal. Keinerlei Service. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde nicht eingegangen. Zimmer klein und unpersönlich mit zwei getrennten Betten. Minibar nicht nachgefüllt. Coffeeroom im Lobbybereich teilweise verschmutzt und nicht funktionsfähige Geräte. 330 Euro für die Übernachtung absolut unangemessen!

Pros:

- near the old town, the area is fun but not too noisy
- near the beach

Cons:

- wears and tears in the bathroom. Corners of shower have water damage, grout lines dirty
- duvet is incredibly uncomfortable. The sheet feels uncomfortable. Duvet cover keeps falling out. We have trouble sleeping
- I can hear people closing/opening doors at night in my room, really hard to sleep through the night
