Das Zimmer 402 was wir hatten und zur Strasse lag war unnormal Laut . Es war so als wenn das Fenster offen stünde . Hab Oropax genommen.
There was no gym and the elevator was very small
Das hotel, der Service, die tolle rooftop Bar und der Pool war alles top. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt hier!
Struttura sempre pulitissima e molto accogliente. La camera aveva tutto il necessario per un soggiorno anche più lungo come il nostro. In bagno c'erano infatti dei kit molto utili (pettine, cuffia per doccia usa e getta, lametta e crema depilazione, spazzolino e dentifricio, fazzoletti) che abbiamo molto apprezzato! Inoltre c'era la possibilità di avere l'acqua di cortesia. Ogni giorno la camera veniva riordinata ed era sempre profumata! All' ottavo piano c'era la piscina con il terrazzo e divanetti a disposizione dei soggiornanti (senza bagnino, ma con il necessario per un bel bagno perché c'erano gli asciugamani a disposizione). Abbiamo avuto problemi con una persona che faceva rumore di notte e si sono subito adoperati per far sì che si risolvesse il problema. Inoltre per via dell'asma avevo chiesto un cuscino in più e non ci sono stati problemi a farmelo avere. Penso sia stato il letto più comodo provato finora in un hotel! Una nuvola pure i cuscini, un vero sogno! Wi-Fi sempre funzionante e nella hall dell' hotel c'erano a disposizione acqua fresca, frutta e caramelle. Le ragazze della reception sempre molto carine e disponibili!
La zona era strepitosa, dal balcone la vista era direttamente su casa Batllò! Metro a pochi minuti di distanza!
Direi nulla, era tutto perfetto. L'unico aspetto negativo è stato dovuto alla maleducazione di altri soggiornanti ma l'hotel non ne può nulla... anzi sono stati molto gentili nel cercare di darci subito supporto per risolvere la problematica!
Ah, sì, da italiana forse la mancanza del bidet!

Fantastic hotel with lots of character, great staff, good breakfast, awesome rooftop food, drinks and pool. Would definitely stay there again.
My room didn't have any outdoor window, it faced and internal dead space. However it also allowed the room to be super quiet for excellent sleep.
