Pros:

The room was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The breakfast had a great selection. The location was perfect.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole tanto che tornerò sicuramente .
Pros:

Alla reception tutto lo staff è stato molto disponibile e sempre gentili. Per la piscina c’è la disponibilità del telo e nelle camere vengono dati spazzolino pettine lamette per radersi .La posizione centralissima ha permesso spostamenti per lo più senza utilizzo dei mezzi e di avere a portata di mano ristoranti,caffetterie e negozi.

Great location. Great hotel great staff
Pros:

Great location. Handy for the metro and some mainline trains Station just 1 minute from the door. Loads of great places to eat nearby. Some attractions within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was great.

Pros:

It was located in an absolutely beautiful spot. Everything was close to reach. Each staff member we met with had the upmost amount of respect, and they were always very helpful if needed. I would especially want to point out the workers that kept the bar going. I think we met 5 different staff, but each and every was so kind, and even though they didnt speak the most english, we were more than able to get everything we needed.

Cons:

My 2 and only problems we found were that the bed was a little on the stiffer side, which definitely affected my sleep. And also the fact there wasnt necessarily any good spots to put your towel. We actually had quite a hard time drying them constantly.

A delightful staynin an excellent location.
Pros:

Ideal location, clean reasonable sized rooms, good service, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Lady running dining area, very friendly and helpful, hotel opposite taxi rank, near Casa Batllo and shops. Great tapas dining across the road.
Staff went the extra mile on a birthday - most unexpected but a pleasant surprise.

Cons:

The cleaning stores cupboard next to our room, a bit noisy at times.
Earplugs a good idea if you are unused to traffic noise.
