Aufenthalt für eine Nacht wg guter Lage zum Flughafen
Pros:

Kurzer Weg zum Flughafen

Cons:

Zimmer direkt zur Straßenseite, deshalb sehr laut.
Kaution in Höhe von 100 Euro wurde genommen, hab es zwar wieder, hat aber nein Checkout lange gedauert. Die Kaution diente der Zimmerkontrolle, hatte ich bei anderen Hotels noch nie.
Von einem Hilton Hotel hätte ich einfach mehr erwartet, bin deshalb eher enttäuscht als positiv gestimmt.

I would recommend this hotel for stays before flying
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with lovely decor. Looks awful from the outside but lovely inside

Cons:

The TV wasn’t a smart tv which I thought wasn’t very modern

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Wir übernachten jedes Jahr, wenn wir nach Izmir fliegen und dann wenn wir wieder von Izmir abfliegen in diesem Hotel, wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen sowie um anzukommen und auch wieder einen netten Abschluss unseres Urlaubs zu genießen. Der Außenpool ist super. Das Personal jedesmal zu vorkommend und sehr angenehm. Wir fühlen uns dort immer sehr wohl. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und sehr lecker.
Wir haben oft dort auch das Abendessen gegessen. Ebenfalls sehr gut zubereitet.

Great location and wonderful staff, but the room needs better lighting.
Pros:

The location was excellent, especially if you have an early or late flight. It is very close to Izmir Airport and also near Optimum Shopping Mall, which was very convenient. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with any questions. The balcony was also a great feature. It was very spacious and pleasant to use, although it almost felt too large for just a small table and two chairs. A few more seating options would make the space even better.

Cons:

The biggest downside was the lighting in the room. It felt too dark, especially in the evening. There simply wasn't enough light, and the existing lights were not placed where they were most needed. For example, there was no proper lighting near the mirror, which made getting ready quite inconvenient. Improving the room lighting would make the stay much more comfortable.

Pros:

The staff were nice and friendly.

Cons:

It's an airport hotel that does not run airport shuttle unless you arrive or leave between 6am and 2pm. We arrived at 4pm and left at 5am the next morning, so we had to take a cab both ways. Our bathroom drain wasn't working. Horrible view facing construction site. The room smelt of mold and the floor was not properly cleaned, as it was sandy or something? Not staying there again.

Great location right next to the airport the staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, our room was a major disappointment. The floor appeared to have significant water damage and looked very worn and uninviting. A room in this condition should either be repaired, offered at a discounted rate, or not assigned to guests at all. We did not expect to pay for a standard room and be faced with such obvious damage. Very disappointing experience.
