Rooms were updated and a good size. Restaurant and pub were good but the staff made it exceptional. Servers at the restaurant and bartenders were great.
The location was good and the bar/ restaurant area was very nice .The staff were very nice and attentive and we had a lovely meal with one small issue. The room was comfortable & nice, although a little small.
The mashed potato with our evening meal tasted like powdered potato from a packet which I would not expect from a restaurant.
My 2nd stay and was great, good location for work, staff friendly and evening meal/breakfast were tremendous. Room perfect for what you need and clean.

Nothing. Staff were rude, unhelpful and gave us a room that we didn’t book online via booking.com. They treated their wedding guests as a priority and we didn’t matter to them at all.

A great sized room , very clean too
Quiet surroundings, clean nice restaurant
No quiet area, bar area only,very loud and noisy ( business meeting delegates extremely loud but not the fault of hotel hence needs a quiet room)continental needs meats and cheeses larger fruit option needed

It was exceptionally hot while attending the wedding, the rooms could benefit from some air conditioning or free fans available, but that really is nit picking on a fantastic stay
