A comfortable stay and an excellent dinner.
Pros:

We booked this hotel because the Event we were attending was held there.
The beds were comfortable.
The dinner was excellent and the company too.
Staff were friendly and obliging.

Cons:

I would have appreciated hand grips on the wall in the shower
The window was extremely difficult to open. It would not stay up if lifted from the bottom and the pull handles, right on the top of the windows, were impossible for me to reach although my husband, at full stretch did manage to.

Perfect! Relaxing home from home feel with friendly staff. We will definitely be back!
Pros:

Lovely building, modern but with the oldy worldly feel. Friendly staff, the food was lovely from the evening meal to the breakfast!

Cons:

Self check in, check out. Took the personal touch away, no signage to say room numbers which is such a shame as the staff were super friendly and attentive and couldn’t have done enough for you. So seemed strange to not be greeted by them on arriving.

Pros:

Staff were very nice. Food was fantastic. Room was a fair size. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The fitness suite was of a poor standard. More like a storage room with tables and chairs in there with limited gym equipment in it.

Pros:

Helpful hosts and excellent food. Very dog friendly and good outside grounds and parking. Superb value and well placed for the Wolds. Staff went over and beyond normal customer service levels.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent stay. Staff very friendly & helpful. Bed is so comfortable great night's sleep. Location is great we were visiting friends in immingham. Breakfast was Lovely plenty of choice. We will be back again.
