Pros:

Das Hotel liegt im Wald neben dem Bergsee. Das Frühstück war super. Auf unsere Wünsche vegan und glutenfrei wurde top eingegangen. Auch sonst kann man im Hotel fein essen, auch dort wurde super auf unsere Ernährungsform Rücksicht genommen.
Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Die Taxe für den Hund mit 20 Euro pro Nacht ist ziemlich hoch.

Cudowne miejsce. Przepięknie położone, cisza, natura; zejście na szlak przy samym hotelu, obok jeziorko, coś pięknego. Bardzo miła obsługa. Spa, kręgle otwarte do 20.00, dla nas to było trochę za krótko jeśli chodzi o porę letnią, ale i tak było cudownie.

Pros:

Velice příjemný personál, bohaté snídaně , vynikající jídlo. Poloha chaty v klidné lokalitě a dobré výchozí místo pro turistiku.
Ubytovaní jsme byli ve Vrbického chatě, která je součástí Mikulášské chaty. Měli jsme pokoj s balkónem a výhledem na Vrbické pleso, byl tam absolutní klid. Čistota v celém objektu. K dispozici wellness a masáže. Prostě skvělé !!

Nagyon szép helyen, az erdő közepén, a tó partján, csendes helyen fekszik.
A Spa részleg tökéletes a túrák utáni pihenéshez: egy tízszemélyes jakuzzi, 4 szauna, élményelemek, pihenőszoba nyújt kellemes élményt. Masszázsra is van lehetőség.
A reggeli választéka széles: hideg, meleg, édes, sós ételek, gyümölcsök.
Az étterem este 9-ig van nyitva; bő választék, finom ízek.

Cons:

Az egy hálószobás apartmanban a tágas hálószobában egy kényelmes franciaágy és 2 összecsukható, nyikorgó kempingágy van. A nappali sarokgarnitúrája nem alakítható át ággyá, pedig az lehet, hogy kényelmesebb lett volna 2 felnőtt számára, mint a keskeny kempingágy.

Az ételek nagyon finomak voltak. A személyzet kedves volt és segítőkész. A szoba tiszta volt. A környezet csodás volt.

Cons:

Csak egy kártyát kaptunk a szobához, ami kellett a wellnesshez is, gyerekekkel kicsit nehézkes volt emiatt. A wellness csak 4-től volt nyitva.
