Co jsem opravdu moc moc líbilo byl vstřícný přístup všech lidí personálu ,uklízečky barmani, recepční prostě úplně všechno bylo dokonalý jídlo převyšovalo všechno co já jsem kdy mohl si v mysli jako myslet protože to bylo úplně super všechno dělají ručně všechno z lokálních potravin teda to klobouk dolů fakt to bylo úplně úplně bombastický a za to děkujeme Sobotkovi

Užili jsme si krásnou dovolenou i s pejsky, velmi rádi se zase někdy vrátíme.
Pros:

Hotel je umístěn v krásném prostředí lesa v blízkosti Vrbického plesa, je mimo ruch hotelových komplexů a rozestavěných hotelů. Je tam klid a náš pokoj s balkonem měl výhled na jezero, což bylo moc fajn.

Cons:

Vzhledem k vysokým letním teplotám, by na pokoji byla vhodná malá lednička na nápoje.

Krásné ubytování v lese a přímo u vody
Pros:

Na Mikulášské chatě jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Hotel má skvělou polohu přímo v srdci Nízkých Tater, takže jsme mohli vyrážet na turistiku i cyklotrasy přímo od ubytování. Z pokoje jsme měli nádherný výhled na Vrbické pleso.

Wellness sice nemá bazén, ale je zde prostorná vířivka a několik saun, ve kterých se dá po aktivním dni skvěle zrelaxovat. Během pobytu jsme si zahráli i bowling, který byl příjemným zpestřením večera.

Velké poděkování patří paní na recepci i pánovi v restauraci – byli po celou dobu velmi milí, vstřícní a ochotní a svým přístupem přispěli k příjemné atmosféře našeho pobytu.
Jidlo bylo výborné 😌 a točí Plzeň

Cons:

Celkový dojem ale bohužel kazil zbytek obsluhy. I když jsme byli v restauraci u snídaně téměř sami, nikdo nám například nenabídl kávu ani se aktivně nezajímal, zda něco nepotřebujeme. Místo toho jsme opakovaně slyšeli, jak jedna servírka přes celou restauraci poučuje druhou, což nepůsobilo příliš profesionálně. Stejná servírka se navíc během našeho třídenního pobytu ani jednou neusmála. Je to škoda, protože právě přístup personálu výrazně ovlivňuje celkový zážitek a v tomto případě trochu kazil jinak velmi dobrou restauraci. Další nevýhodu vidím v krátké otvírací době restaurace, wellness i bowlingu. Pokud je člověk celý den v okolí a vrátí se odpoledne, tak už nic nestihne.

Herrliches Hotel in wunderschöner Umgebung.
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Top Lage direkt am See und mitten in der Bergwelt der Niederen Tatra. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und in einem hohen Maße um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Die Zimmer sind groß, modern ausgestattet und absolut sauber.

Perfect location in quieter part of the town but still close to all important highlights
Pros:

Nice smaller size hotel with modern interior and slightly away from main road, trees all around, nice lake just 50m walking, perfect view to Chopok and perfect starting position for walking. Who wish can enjoy a nice cold bath in the nearby stream under the hotel. Very friendly staff, parking just in front of the hotel

Very comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly staff
Pros:

We stayed here as a couple and had a great experience overall. We had a two-level apartment - first floor had a small kitchenette and living area, while upstairs there was the bedroom and bathroom. For us two apartment felt spacious. The apartment was in a separate cottage from the main building, but still very close.
Breakfast was good, and we also had dinner at the restaurant two evenings - the food was nice, we liked it a lot. On one of the nights there was live music, which we loved.
We also used the hotel shuttle to get to the ski-lifts, which was super convenient. When we wanted to come back, we just had to call, and the driver would arrive within 5–10 minutes. The ski lift is actually quite close - some of our friends walked there.
We also tried the bowling and spa facilities. Bowling was a fun activity after skiing. The spa was an experience - as slightly shy Latvians, we weren’t quite prepared for how relaxed everyone was about nudity - especially the men :D Most people use just a towel (and not in all times) rather than swimwear, so just something to be aware of if that’s not what you’re used to!
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, convenient location, and plenty of nice extras that made the trip even better.

Personal velmi prijemny a mily,lokalita super,kusok od vrbickeho plesa a blizko vsade a a umiestneny hotel v strede lesika,prirody,ranajky bufetove uplne dostacujuce.

Cons:

To ze za bowling a ping pong sa muselo platit,cakali sme,ze to bude v ramci ubytovania zdarma.
