Pros:

Service super ! On a vraiment été agréablement surpris par l’attention avec les verres à l’arrivée 🥂, la mise à disposition d’un SKI bus pour nous emmener/ramener au pied des pistes. Salle de détente avec saunas, cryothérapie, jacuzzi etc, au top ! 🎀💗 Beaucoup de confort, super plats traditionnels. On a marché sur le lac gelé c’était marrant ! Très jolie expérience. Et le domaine skiable est top ! Pas mal de pistes, et un super temps ! 😋💕🏔️✨

Pobyt bardzo udany i przyjechałabym tam ponownie na krótki wypad na narty.
Pros:

Świetna restauracja i bardzo dobre śniadania, a obsluga na wysokim poziomie. Strefa wellness i SPA całkiem bogata, sauny suche jak i parowe bardzo przyzwoite. Klimatyczne jacuzzi, raczej dla dorosłych. Na pochwałę zasługuje również Pani masażystka, która wykonała masaż ratujący obolałe mięśnie. W sezonie zimowym można korzystać z hotelowego ski busa, który kursuje między obiektem, a stokiem, w godzinach pracy wyciągów na telefon do kierowcy. Pensjonat jest pięknie położony, na uboczu, co tworzy kameralny klimat.

Cons:

Pokój wymaga odświeżenia i poprawy wentylacji, bo wewnątrz panuje zaduch i czasem czuć nieprzyjemny zapach (pokój V2)

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay during our ski trip. The accommodation was excellent – very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. After a full day on the slopes, it was perfect to relax at the sauna and jacuzzi, which are a great bonus.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, and in the evenings we had a lot of fun playing bowling. One of the best things is the shuttle service from the guesthouse to the ski slope – extremely convenient and very well organized.

The ski and boot storage area is also excellent, making everything easy and comfortable for skiers.

A special mention goes to the staff at the reception and the restaurant – they were wonderful, very friendly and always ready to help.

Overall, it was a great experience and we truly enjoyed every moment. We would gladly come back and highly recommend this place for a ski holiday!
