Bubbio, bella scoperta
Pros:

Gestione familiare cordiale e puntuale. Buona colazione e ristorante ottimo anche per la cena a base di piatti locali. Buona pulizia e parcheggio privato disponibile gratuitamente.

Cons:

Al di là del nome, non ci si trova di fatto a dormire nel castello, ma anche se bello, nell'edificio adiacente. Castello privato non visitabile.

A surprisingly pleasant visit to a great little town.
Pros:

Restaurant was terrific for dinner and breakfast. Made excellent suggestion for wine tours also. And it’s a friendly accessible town.

Un soggiorno che ti fa sentire accolto, visto e coccolato in ogni dettaglio, con quella rara natural
Pros:

Castello di Bubbio è uno di quei luoghi rari in cui senti, ancor prima di arrivare, che qualcuno si prenderà davvero cura di te.
Dalle prime comunicazioni all’accoglienza, all'aiuto prezioso riguardo a anche a situazioni che non erano per niente di loro pertinenza (risoluzione problemi durante lo sciopero nazionale del trasporto) - ogni gesto è stato attento, naturale, mai artefatto, e molto efficace: un equilibrio perfetto tra professionalità altissima e vicinanza autentica.

Qui nulla è lasciato al caso, e allo stesso tempo nulla è rigido. La cura per ogni dettaglio — anche dove non sarebbe “dovuta” — racconta una visione profonda dell’ospitalità, fatta di ascolto, gusto, eleganza e presenza reale. Si percepisce che non è un’attenzione costruita per l’occasione, ma un modo di essere.

Il ristorante è straordinario: una cucina che parla il territorio con raffinatezza e verità, accompagnata da una selezione di vini impeccabile. L’alloggio è accogliente, curato, luminoso, pensato per far stare bene davvero.

Sono passati giorni dal nostro soggiorno e ancora ne parliamo tutti.
Castello di Bubbio è entrato nel nostro cuore, e lì resterà, con uno spazio speciale.
Speriamo di tornare spesso in queste zone: questa sarà senza dubbio la nostra tappa fissa. E la racconteremo a chiunque.
Un luogo che va sostenuto, celebrato e condiviso.
