Estadia com excelente localização e bom espaço, porém prejudicada por problemas de umidade e falta de manutenção.

O apartamento tem um ótimo tamanho. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a diversos pontos de interesse. Além disso, os funcionários da recepção foram sempre muito educados e prestativos, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência.

Cons:

Alguns pontos deixaram a desejar durante a estadia. As cortinas, tanto da sala quanto dos quartos, estavam bastante sujas e com mofo, o que impacta diretamente no conforto e na higiene do ambiente. Os aparelhos de ar-condicionado também aparentam necessidade de manutenção e limpeza. Em razão da umidade no apartamento, as roupas de cama ficam úmidas, o que torna a experiência menos agradável. O cheiro de mofo é perceptível e pode ser especialmente incômodo para pessoas alérgicas. Além disso, o sofá apresentava um odor forte, o que reforça a necessidade de uma revisão geral na limpeza e conservação do imóvel.

Pros:

Hospedagem maravilhosa. Muito confortável e limpa. O que mais chama atenção é o sistema de identificação, tem um controle incrível, torna a hospedagem mais segura. Recomendo sem medo.

Acomodação para 3 pessoas maravilhosa. Quarto solteiro e Quarto casal atendem perfeitamente.

Cons:

A varanda sem rede de segurança.

Pros:

Very convenient and well equipped apartment in great location! We stayed for 5 nights and felt safe, secure, comfortable & within minutes of the main beachfront area. The host was super responsive & very helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

There were only 2 of us so the size was perfect. Might be a bit snug for 3.

Foi um atendimento diferenciado que cativou.
Pros:

Gostei do café da manhã mas achei caro. Cobrado individual mas eu estava em família. Se fôssemos comer os 6 dias sairia metade do que pagamos com estadia.

Cons:

Senti falta da máquina de lavar e de mais um banheiro.
