Foi um atendimento diferenciado que cativou.
Pros:

Gostei do café da manhã mas achei caro. Cobrado individual mas eu estava em família. Se fôssemos comer os 6 dias sairia metade do que pagamos com estadia.

Cons:

Senti falta da máquina de lavar e de mais um banheiro.

O elevador do edifício, travou.
Acionei a emergência e resolveram logo. Tirando esse acontecimento, o meu período no imóvel foi uma ótima estadia.

Férias Frustradas! A Desolação by AM
Pros:

O apartamento é bem bom, tudo funcionando direitinho e conforto certo (muito embora eu recomende um lençol de frio maior ou que sejam dois, para comportar duas pessoas).
Localização: 10/10;
Área de lazer: 100/100!

Cons:

Os anfitriões foram terríveis! Cadastramos duas pessoas para nos visitar, como era indicado, e quando elas chegaram, foram barradas. O condomínio ligou para o anfitrião, que confirmou a proibição. Olha o absurdo!
No dia seguinte, o anfitrião disse que questões de horários estavam explícitas no site do aluguel. Não, não estavam antes e não estavam depois da problemática. Péssima conduta deles e nossa programação ficou frustrada. E que nem inventem mentiras agora porque temos registro de tudo.
Outra coisa terrível: recepcionistas no condomínio sem o menor trato com pessoas.

Bom custo benefício
Pros:

Apartamento bom, conservado, com vista pra cidade e na porta de entrada tem vista pro mar, localização boa, próximo à beira mar.

Cons:

Só senti falta de uma tv smart pra ter mais comodidade, as duas tv do apto só tinham canais de tv aberta e com criança as vezes é necessário uma tv com youtube. Outro ponto é que o apartamento estava com cheiro de mofo muito forte.

einfach nur perfekt.
Pros:

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Beach Class sehr genossen und haben nur für die zusätzliche Reinigung, das heisst für jeden 2. Tag, noch einen kleinen Betrag bezahlt. Aber auch, als der Ablauf im Badezimmer wie auch in der Küche nicht richtig funktionniert hat, wurde das sofort und unkompliziert, behoben.

Cons:

es war sehr sauber, sehr schön mit der Poolanlage und dem Restaurant.
Wir werden, wenn wir wieder nach Fortaleza gehen nächstes Jahr 2027, im Beach Class reservieren. Grund ist, da wir absolut nichts auszusetzen hatten.

Excellent mais très limité!
Pros:

La localisation était parfaite, proche de toutes les commodités. Une vue à couper le souffle! Personnel serviable. Les surveillants étaient vraiment gentils et professionnels.

Cons:

Le contrôle par reconnaissance faciale était très fatiguant ça fonctionnait une fois sur deux… toujours embêtés à l’entrée… quelque chose de très contraignant était le nombre limité des visiteurs, pour ma part, 2 par jour uniquement 😡 et surtout qu’on devait toujours passer par le biais du gestionnaire, joignable uniquement aux heures du bureau! Alors pas de visites surprises de la part de ma famille au dehors des heures, car ils seraient barrés à la réception 🤬
