Très bel hotel colonial. Pas très loin du centre de Haiphong. Personnel très gentil.
Il manque des jus de fruits au petit déjeuner et des boissons dans le mini bar.

La douchette mal fixée ne permettait pas un jet d'eau régulier et confortable lors de la prise de douche. C'était vraiment dommage car les équipements semblaient être neufs

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were professional, attentive, and always willing to assist with a positive attitude. The room was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. I especially appreciated the hotel's elegant nature-inspired decor, which created a calm and luxurious atmosphere.

Lovely staff who were friendly welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean and linen fresh. Breakfast was good and nice to have an egg station where you could order to your liking. Great location.
We had booked a Superior twin room for 3 nights which was confirmed in advance. On arrival we were shown to a Superior double room which only had one bed which we had to share for our first night. Not ideal. They apologised and said they would move us for the 2nd and 3rd nights. However on our return to the hotel our new room was much smaller although it did have 2 single beds. The room was not spacious at all and definitely inferior to the previous double room we were given. We decided our stay was too short to change again but when asked at check out to give feedback I mentioned it. A gentleman came to see me and was upset that I'd put this on my feedback form. He insisted that the twin room was better than our original one and that it only felt small because it had 2 beds in it. I kindly told him he was wrong but that we nevertheless enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful design, lovely and light, bedroom was fantastic (we stayed in a suite) - very spacious with two balconies and decorated well. Good selection for breakfast. Staff were generally great. Location was perfect for us with everything we wanted to see easily walkable.
We had been out and returned close to check out time (approx 15 mins prior) to pick our bags and leave but when we got to our rooms we had already been locked out. We had to go down to reception to get them reopened. This was just bit of an inconvenience though as we weren’t in a rush, nothing major.
The only other issue was that the shop across the road was blasting music out really loudly for a period of time (during the daytime, not night). I’m not sure if this was a one off but we were trying to nap and couldn’t due to the noise. It also woke us up quite early. Might be worth the hotel staff having a word as it was quite annoying.
Ordered scrambled eggs for breakfast and was told they run out of eggs :(
Inefficient Sound proof, hotel room was on 2nd floor facing to the lobby, constantly being waken up by the noises from the lobby throughout the night even with earplugs

Modern and fresh, a nice respite as we travelled across Vietnam from Cat Ba. Great breakfast.
Nothing in the mini bar, windows to internal courtyard only. Didn’t seem to be much nearby but we didn’t really venture out, just wanted to relax for a night.
