Custo x benefício poderia ser melhor.
Pros:

Instalações são boas, mas não tem frigobar, nem serviço de jantar. Localização segura, com alguns restaurantes nas proximidades. Por desconhecimento, tive que pagar o IVA, pois a recepção não me orientou sobre a isenção para estrangeiros, caso a fatura seja em USD e não em CLP Colaboradores são atenciosos.

Pros:

No concuerda el hotel con lo que ofrece la pagina. Los cuartos no tienen aire acondicionado si no ventilador. No hay bar. Y el trato de algunos recepcionista es seco y hostil.
El lugar solo cuenta con dos establecimientos. Lo que implica ir a dejar el auto a otra sucursal. En general me llevo mala impresión del lugar no volveria.

No a/c and it was hot. Cheap but not worth it if you want to escape the heat.

Nice hotel hot weather in rooms
Pros:

Very good hotel for working travellers, but has a very bad detail, no air-conditioning in rooms, staff are very friendly and helpful people always. Restaurant is not bad, not premium but fair enough. I stayed only one nigth and change to the other hotel of the same company one blok away and is a big difference, fresh air in rooms finally.

They don't respect the price.
Pros:

I'm very upset because they didn't respect the price. My reserve says

TAXES INCLUDED.

You'll be asked to pay the following
charges at the property:
A 19.0 percent city/local tax will be
charged

The rate of my room already includes taxes. So, IVA doesn’t apply.

Again, the first line says "TAXES INCLUDED".
For me, it's a bad trick.
Please, I want an answer.
