Overall , my family enjoyed our stay in Boracay.
Pros:

The place is nice and peaceful . The staff are very helpful. Although there’s some mishap but i just let it go because we would like to enjoy our stay in Boracay Island. Most of our days and activities are outside the Apartment. I think 3 nights and 4 days not enough time to spent in Boracay.

Cons:

I have score 5 because of the cleanliness in the apartment that we have stayed mainly due to few cockroaches noted in the bathroom and we reported requested to clean the room in the morning and they have immediately responded. Also, they have charged us extra of 7200 pesos for the 2 children which is supposed to be included on the booking. In booking.com we provide the age of the children which suits which room or apartment we can book and we choose to book 6 people for the right apartment and they have 2 rooms with big beds and the sofa bed where 2 boys can sleep however, Amor apartment said that their policy is above 10 is considered adult and provided us with extra mattress.The policy on booking.com above 18 class as adults but they have denied that policy. I still have to communicate with booking.com on these issues as just completed our holiday. My advice , if you have children, please ensure to check with the hotel first before you finally click to book.

I did not like this at all.

Cons:

I booked a room with Boracay Amor Appartments but I was given a room at Dniview Villa Resorts. The resort ran out of running water. I had no running water for about 6 hours. How could a resort not have a provision for when water supply from the water utility company is low? Save yourself the headache and book a room elsewhere.

cozy and peaceful!
Pros:

The units are clean and cozy. Thankfully they put us in the ground floor because there’s no elevators. The location is peaceful and less crowded but able to walk to the beach down to the D’mall area. Love the pool and the ETrike shuttle to the shops.

Cons:

Just the walk uphill and how it’s further away although it’s peaceful.

Very comfortable, good location for beach but not nightlife, great staff
Pros:

Beautiful view, lovely room and balcony, very helpful staff who offered a WhatsApp number to communicate any requests, these were promptly answered.

Cons:

Definitely not for anyone with mobility issues, there were three short but relatively steep hills and a lot of stairs from the beach to my room which was an ocean suite

Peaceful family getaway
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast especially the panncakes were my kids favorite. The rooms were super clean and the whole place was very peaceful. Perfect getaway if you prefer to be further away from the hectic crowded places.

Cons:

The airconditioner in both our rooms are just way too loud but you get used to them after a while. They might need maintainance or just switch to new ones. The tv in our room is a bit damaged where you can clearly see the line in the middle part of the screen. Luckily we were only in our rooms at night so no big deal.
The drain in both showers gets clogged very easily after showering for less than 2 minutes.
We've been to lots of other places too and none of them are perfect so these are only tiny things to pin point that didn't affect our wonderful stay.

Nice enough - but better options available.
Pros:

Spacious apartment with nice pool area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has some good choices and was very nice - although if you wanted extra it was payable.

Cons:

The picture suggest the apartments overlook the beach but they do not. They are up a steep hill about and as result not near the beach which is about 5-10 mins walk away. Diniwid beach is very nice with 2 good restaurants, but other than that, very little around the property so transport or walking is a must if you want to eat anythng after breakfast.

Pros:

Majoituimme ocean view -huoneessa. Hyvänkokoinen huone ja hyvä sänky. Ilmastointi. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Kuljetuspalvelu Citymalliin ja lähirannalle.

Cons:

Merta ei näkynyt parvekkeelta kovinkaan hyvin koska puut peittivät suurimman osan näkymästä. Naapurit olivat äänekkäitä pitkälle iltaan. Suihkusta ja tuli joko kylmää tai, polttavan kuumaa vettä. Rakennus sijaitsee mäen päällä joten se tietää kiipeämistä ja laskeutumista jyrkkää mäkeä pitkin. Tämä ei haitannut meitä, mutta voi olla huonojalkaisille hankala paikka.

Very good service, value for money, quiet location
Pros:

Views of the location is great

Cons:

Toilet clogged because the signs are too small to read. Most foreigners do not know that toilets cannot breakdown toilet tissues. Signage should be made bigger.
