Dobra lokalizacja, łóżka, bliskość night market oraz do plaży.
Pros:

Zatrzymałem się tutaj już drugi raz, głównie ze względu na bliskość do wszystkiego i w miarę przystępnej ceny. Pokoje lata świetności mają już za sobą jak i łazienki jednakże rekompensuje to dobry internet i bardzo wygodne łóżka oraz restauracja na dole. Blisko night market oraz masaże.

Cons:

Budowa trwająca obok hotelu może być trochę uciążliwa zwłaszcza rano gdy chciałoby się trochę pospać.

Ok but wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

Busy location close to Karon and Kata beach, restaurants, shops, it's right across the Kata walking street (night market). Above a restaurant with nice food. They provided beach towels, bathroom cosmetics etc., staff was friendly.

Cons:

In a loud area and with a lousy door, you can hear noise all night long and you can smell the restaurant downstairs. Hanger for towels in the bathroom completely broken hanging out of the wall, holder for bathroom cosmetic products the same. They tried to overcharge us on one thing three different times and different staff kept reopening the topic - its not something you want to deal with on vacation especially after it has been already resolved before. Some lights were not working. We could also hear rats/other animals at night but didnt see any.

Pros:

Nice location with access to key facilities, Kata night market across the street.
The staff is very friendly and responsive.
The cleaning lady visits everyday and brings drinking water, tea, coffee.
Guests are provided with much stuff (for instance, we were delighted to see a special big bag with towels and other beach stuff already packed).
There is a nice restaraunt on the ground floor.
Rooms have may tables for laptop work, great for digital nomads. Wi-fi had no interruptions and good speed.
Guests come from all over the world, which is contrasting to that russian-dominated Phuket part.

Cons:

For some people, this location may be a little nosiy as it is beside the beach road (cars pass with loud music sometimes). But it is not critical and we slept well.
The construction on the other side is ratrher quiet and that door is good noise-proof.

Хорошее расположение. Внизу ресторан, где можно поесть недорого. Номер просторный. Панорамное остекление, не видимое с одной стороны.

Cons:

Вид на стройку или стену. Шумно. Но если нет мест на пхукете в сезон, отель норм.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение. Очень улыбчивый персонал. Но в перекрытие второго этажа живут крысы, читал отзыв идентичный, но отель ответил, что это птички. Это вовсе не птички, а прям конкретные здоровенные крысы, которые бегают по вашему потолку, так что люстры трясутся. За три ночи уснуть не удалось. Потому что все время ожидали, что свалится на голову проигравшая в бою крыса из пластикового лючка на потолке. Все три ночи крысиный писк, шуршание, звуки грызни. Надеюсь их смогут потравить в ближайшее время. Номер был на втором этаже.
Внизу есть кафе, есть где поставить байк.
