Pros:

Недалеко от пляжа. В номере есть пляжная сумка с циновкой и полотенцами. Несмотря на то, что находится в довольно оживлённо районе и на то, что под окнами стройка, шумно почти не было. На первом этаже ресторан с довольно вкусной едой. Каждый день давали бесплатную воду и кофе.

Cons:

Стеклянные двери. На персональном балконе находится внешний блок кондиционера, из-за этого там постоянно жарко, как в печке.

Definitely recommend
Pros:

Great accommodation, large room and exceptionally clean. Amazing location right next to kata night market and 5 min walk to the beach. The restaurant downstairs is also incredible, lovely staff and great food (probably the best we have had) would definitely come back!

Location is great and the restaurant is fantastic.

Cons:

It could be cleaner. Bedsheets looked like used and the bathroom needed a more thorough clean. The toilet was dirty.

Perfectly located and comfortable place to stay
Pros:

Loved the location, the restaurant down stairs and the room was very spacious, lovely staff too.

Cons:

It’s a bit loud in the evenings with tuktuks and music but if you bring good airplugs you should be fine

Convenient location
Pros:

The location indeed is very convenient, 10 min away from the beach, and right in front of the Night Market, close to everything you might need. When navigating, it always shows restaurant as location, so not many drivers aware of the Inn hotel above (just a small remark); rooms are on the second and third floors, each floor has four rooms. Room was big, with a small balcony facing the main road, where can dry clothes, shower and bathroom were clean. Had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner with nice smell. Every day they provide four bottles of water in the fridge. Tea, coffee. There is electric kettle, cups and tea spoons. Hairdryer was not in a room, but on request they brought it immediately. It was lovely to have a beach mat in a cotton bag to take to the beach, beach towels. Sleepers. The bed was big and comfy. Can't say in the night it was too noisy, it was okay, sounds of passing tuk tuks were not disturbing. AC worked properly. Good value for the price.

Cons:

There was only one key from the room, so if you travel with someone, to share the key - had to leave it on the reception. Other than that, everything was good.

Pros:

insanlar çok yardımcıydı. Odaları temizleyen bayan çok güler yüzlü biriydi. Otel kata night markete çok yakın ve orası akşamları çok keyifli bir yer her gün orada takıldık. Ayrıca hem karon hem kata plajına yürüme mesafesi olması da çok güzeldi.

Cons:

Otelin arkasında ana yol var bazı motorlar inanılmaz ses çıkartarak geçiyor. Geceleri korkarak uyandım ses konusunda çok rahatsız. Klimada biraz eski olduğu için ayarlamak zor oldu kaç yaparsak yapalım aşırı soğuk oldu.
