Warm and welcoming
Pros:

The hotel was easy to find and access. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant.
We had to cut our trip short due to a medical emergency. The staff was very understanding and helpful. They compassionately offered to refund one night stay, even though we did not expect that.
A special thank you to Jeff Le, who went above and beyond for us.

Excellent customer service!
Pros:

Right from check in to check out, the staff was amazing and super helpful. They helped translate when I needed it and were helped to talk to the food delivery people when they only spoke French.

Pros:

Excellent location, with the old basilica within minutes' distance. Last time I stayed here, the breakfast was à la carte and excellent; it has now become a rather standard breakfast. The staff was excellent, check-in was easy, and the view from the hotel rooftop was exquisite.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Monville during my trip to Montreal. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Old Montreal, restaurants, shopping, and many attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

Pros:

Nice hotel, friendly staff. located in the hart of the city, near the conference center. Old town 10 minute walk. Rooms are standard. Clean. Breakfast is good and more than sufficient. Overall a good hotel.
