Excellent location. Very modern hotel, helpful staff, very clean and quiet. We were on the 17th floor looking over towards China town. We were doing a 4 city break and this was our last stop before we flew home. Can highly recommend
Kind, responsive staff. Clean, well-designed room with a very comfortable bed. Enough towels, and hot water was quick to arrive even in the middle of the night. The mechanised black-out blinds are a good step, but could use some additional side panels to prevent early morning sun creeping in the cracks at either end. Very nice experience; I will stay here again.

The corridors had low lighting and with room entry painted in black including electric light covers made finding lighting difficult. I had to use light from my phone.

The location of the hotel is excellent and in close proximity to alot of activities, the convention center, great restaurants, etc. The atmosphere was warm, friendly and welcoming. My room was good. The water pressure was mediocre at best, and there was no regrigerator like I am used to, but overall it worked out well. The cleanliness needed a little work, but it wasn't terrible. There were hairs in a few places around the bathroom and on the bedspread. The temperature being limited to no lower than 68 degrees F was not great since I usually like to sleep at 66 degrees, but again not terrible. I was on the 15th floor, so the noise was not a problem at all. The service was outstanding at every level. The bartenders were great, the front desk was friendly and welcoming, the housekeepers were friendly and thorough for the most part. Overall it was a very nice stay!
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient as it was just a short walk to Old Montreal. I would recommend this place to anyone looking.

Problème de température dans la chambre. Il faisait très chaud et l'eau de la douche était très froide. Un technicien est venu réparer le chauffage, mais je n'ai jamais réussi à avoir de l'eau chaude.
