Très agréable
Pros:

Personnel accueillant. Belle chambre bien aménagée et propre.Lit confortable.

Cons:

Problème de température dans la chambre. Il faisait très chaud et l'eau de la douche était très froide. Un technicien est venu réparer le chauffage, mais je n'ai jamais réussi à avoir de l'eau chaude.

Carino, ma mi aspettavo di piú
Pros:

Hotel carino in buona posizione. Camera bella, ma un po' rumorosa (per i rumori interni). Palestra ben attrezzata.

Cons:

Colazione migliorabile. La stanza era un po' fredda. Il personale al check-out non è stato molto disponibile.
Bar e ristorante chiusi domenica e lunedì ti costringono ad uscire dall'hotel.

Cons:

Il y avait un bruit intermittent dans le plafond au-dessus du garde-robe. Nous avons demandé à ce que cela soit vérifié mais le bruit a persisté pendant les 2 nuits.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

The hotel Monville is a wonderful hotel in which I stay often at for business travel. The staff is always the same and are very kind. They offer the best service. I really enjoyed my time at the hotel each time I come to Montreal.

Nice, bright and clean
Pros:

The room was nice, bright and clean. Even though we were across from the elevator I did not notice any noise from the elevator or the hallway in the evenings when I was in the room. While the room did not feel cramped , there was no good space for luggage or clothing, especially with two of us in the room. The hotel is located less than a block from the Montreal Congress Centre which was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable.
