The room was clean except the coackroach and the dirtyness,which is outside the yard

Warm welcome from the receptionist.

Cons:

Outside of the hotel, not well organized. It is dirty. We also find the coackroach🪳 in our room

I can't even spot an area they can improve because everything is just a mess
Pros:

The place was dirty, smelly and dirty bedding , dirty shower, we hardly slept because of the noise, we booked for 2 nights with breakfast and we ended up sleeping only 1 night and we didn't even have that breakfast due to this place being super dirty and smelly even the staff members🤮

Could have have less cockroaches
Pros:

I like the privacy of the rooms; Noise cancelling for sure. The wifi was good, the bed was comfortable and clean. The place is easy to locate.

Cons:

The roaches. The hotel needs to close for 2 days and call an exterminator. The hot water wasn’t hot but warm and one more towel would have been great. Would have loved a SMART TV though.
