Breakfast was okay , The staff was exceptional , they were attentive and genuinely wanted to help.

Cons:

enertainment wasnt there , tv had no cable , food is based on one race ( indian ).

Nothing at all.

Cons:

The staff is not friendly, the place is not clean and no one is helpful. No amenities available as advertised. Horrible area to stay in and feels like staying in a construction zone. The shower door fell off and no one assisted. No breakfast included when booking through Booking.com although advertised. Should not be advertised as a 4 star hotel rather a 1 star hotel.

Very dissapointing they should be removed from booking.com
Pros:

My booking was cancelled with arrival without any warning, e-mail, phone call or refund
My children 18, 20 and 23 had to unexpectedly look for somewhere else to stay late at night
Their excuse was that they had an unexpected big group booking and had to cancel other bookings
They promised to refund me the next day and which they did not do
I phoned booking.com and they confirmed that they were also not informed about the cancellation
So disappointing and the've put my children's safety at risk who needed to look for alternative stay late at night

Sheets torn & badly sewn . Breakfast terrible with limited options,left the kitchen smelling like dining place smell

Security was good and WiFi was good

Cons:

The room was not clean, the sheets were sewed & not good at all. The breakfast was terrible not much options, we left the kitchens smelling like burned cooking oil.

Pros:

Location was central to where I needed to visit. Also very quick service. My shower water was Luke warm instead of hot and the maintenance team came immediately to fix.
Another point, I was an hour ahead of check in time and as there were no rooms available, the receptionist kindly upgraded me from the standard to the executive room.

Cons:

The hotel look and feel did not give 4 stars. The outside looks rundown or still undergoing construction. The inside was okay, however, very stuffy. The towels and bedding didn't look the cleanest/freshest.

Comfortable welcoming amazing hosts accommodation was splendid 100% recommendation thanks Marianne
Pros:

The location was perfect we actually had self catering

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like everything was perfect Marianne the host was so kind and friendly we definitely doing palm continental again
