Could have have less cockroaches
Pros:

I like the privacy of the rooms; Noise cancelling for sure. The wifi was good, the bed was comfortable and clean. The place is easy to locate.

Cons:

The roaches. The hotel needs to close for 2 days and call an exterminator. The hot water wasn’t hot but warm and one more towel would have been great. Would have loved a SMART TV though.

I will start first of all with the location of the hotel. The hotel is huge, can't be missed, but if you still do not know how to get close to it, is just in the very proximity of the catholic church of St. Anthony, in Mayfair. Can't be missed.
Very easy checkin, very easy checkout. No effort is spared any need You have. You need to get somewhere, you will have ordered a car, you need transport to airport, sorted. The driver, Gugu, is amazing, very careful driver and very polite; the cook Aziz prepared fantastic meals at minute, tasty, delicious; the security is perfect, You feel like a VIP.
Actually you are a VIP if you book this hotel, as this is the way you are treated regardless that is midnight or early morning; trust me, I tried it. I needed a service before 6 AM, it was provided. I needed something at 00.00 it was provided. Nothing was too much. And the manager!!!!very kind gentleman. The cleaners do perfect job, you will not run out of towels; every day bedding changed, spotless, clean place; and they are all kind, polite, smiling. If I would come to Johannesburg 1000 times, 1000 times I would return to the same place. Good wifi as well, covering the whole building. Many many thanks from an overwhelmed guest who did the best choice when booking You: the Romanian.

Unpleasant stay, 4 star expectation unmatched.
Pros:

Room squashed. Carpet filthy. Towels very old and lost color.
The 4 star doesn't fit and incorrect.
Hotel entrance could be better, swept.
We were about ordering food.
