The reception area is beautiful and pleasing

The rooms have all the basics

Cons:

Construction work happening in the yard makes it not attractive at first site

Needs fumigation, there was a cockroach in room 108

And awful smell from the carpets

I was woken at 12 midnight by someone with access card trying to open my room, luckily I had locked from inside. I called front desk and they said it was a mistake.

No DSTV.. Only normal SABC channels with bad view, kids were disappointed 😥

Pros:

The location is quite. The lady at the reception was so welcoming. She even offered me heiygenic kit since I was not prepared for a stay over , buy i was forced because of the transport shortage.

Cons:

The room was big enough with clean bathroom with soft towels but on the right hand side pedestal , there is dirtness (growing mushrooms like thing with black web), this thing have frightened me the whole night. I was at room 203 (24/07/26)
