Very clean, spacious. fantastic value for money. I would recommend luxury suite above all.
location is 100/100 as its minutes away from beach 🏝️ shops and seconds away from restaurants.

Нужен ремонт и вытравить тараканов
Pros:

Плюсы в том, что можно готовить, есть сковородки и плита. Ножи, вилки и т.д.. также стиралка есть, старая и страшная. Но стирает.

Cons:

Нужен ремонт в отеле. Номер обветшалый. Запах канализации. Мы в шоке. Подвальные номера очень не приятные, были тараканы в туалете, не много, пара тараканов за 3 ночи, но все равно приятного мало...😔

Pros:

The staff here are very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful, especially Fatma, who gave great advice on the area, and helped me find the bus to my next location. The apartment has everything you need, and is very comfortable. It's only a 2 minute walk to the beach, and there are numerous restaurants, shops, and bars even closer. Overall, great value for money and I highly recommend

Generally speaking, my stay was okay. The staff were very very helpful. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom
Pros:

The location was very good literally 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach a lot of restaurants and mini supermarkets in the area. Very good public bus transport links to various parts a straight bus to old town.
I also like the fact that you had a lift in the property, as I have mobility issues I also enjoyed the balcony really great sun trap.
The bathroom was fairly modern had a good supply of hot water, although the showerhead was faulty .
Good working AC the bed was comfortable .
The swimming pool was on site, although I didn’t use it because I came in November however there are a number of steps to get to the swimming pool so be mindful .

Cons:

Unfortunately I found the appliances for the kitchen in the property unsatisfactory. The microwave was dirty. I asked for the microwave to be replaced which she did . The utensils were very old & dirty need replacing in fact most of the items in the kitchen I believe needs replacing very outdated didn’t look very hygienic including the cooker hob.

Хорошее расположение,5 мин до моря, рядом рестораны, в тихом месте,рядом парк с детской площадкой. В отеле лифт есть. Горячая вода была, звукоизоляция нормальная.Огромная благодарность Ержану и Борису !

Нет посудомойки,хотя есть место .Кухонный гарнитур маленький, ,много посуды -мало полок,можно разместить стеллаж в уголке( а мусорку убрать под раковину),то всё очень тесно.
