Coconut Boutique Resort

Lovely huge rooms. Outdoor bathroom was really great and authentic. Had lovely hot shower water every day no matter what time we took showers. Room was cleaned every day. Staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They were so kind. We got our laundry done overnight which was super helpful given we were travelling for a month in Lombok. Would definitely recommend a stay. The pool was amazing and a really decent length.

Food was very nice , but pls note there are not many options as the hotel is far from any restaurants also the internet is not that great as it keeps dropping out but besides that very lovely hotel

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Coconut. Boutique Resort. It was restful and peaceful. Beautiful room and an amazing bathroom. Everything is tidy and well taken care of. The meals in the restaurant are delicious and the staff are amazing and very kind. I spent my time with days by the pool or on the deck of my cabin and I would highly recommend.

Staff are helpful polite and respectful but the property is away of everything

The room is very beautiful, the bathroom is stunning. sadly the wifi is really bad, i mostly relied on my LTE. the restaurant across the street is very good & cheap

Room:
Great individual bungalows made out of wood. The bungalows were clean and spacious. The only downside is the bathroom. Bathroom is outdoor (surrounded by tall walls) which means lots of mosquito bites everytime you need to use the toilet, shower or sink.

Amenities:
A. The pool was nice and always clean. Staff were friendly, just keep in mind some have limited English.
B. We booked our rooms with breakfast. Breakfast consisted of 3 options only: western; Nasi Goreng (chicken fried rice with egg on top); mi Goreng (chicken fried noodles). Vegetarian substitute can be done. It comes with fresh made juice, fruit plate, coffee/tea and water. The first day we didn't get fruits. The third and fourth day we didn't get water. A bit odd there but could be due to whomever were on duty.

Location:
It's a bit remote so you will need to travel via car or motorbike everywhere. Walking is an option, however, not comfortable with the heat and rain.

Other: They help arranged a private island hopping your for us.

The complimentary breakfast was not too my liking. However, I liked the A La Carte.

If you are a light sleeper there is a risk that you get woken up by nearby morning praying (I didn’t wake up).

Location is 10-15 minutes from Senggigi with taxi. Hotel is good for resting 1-2 days in my opinion

Quiet and cozy bit of paradise in an otherwise busy area. A quick taxi to many restaurants. Only 5point review would be the quality of the breakfast. Not really worth the 100,000 IDR but there wasn’t much other option. Staff were amazing and very accommodating

Stuff and hotel excellent although had 1 incident paid for club sandwich by pool and never received change even after asking for it. The mosque near by wakes you up at 4 AM every morning with very loud religious chanting through speakers and again at 6am then again later in day it’s that loud like it’s in the room with you.
Good coffee shop near by called gem food and coffee shop hotel is a distance away from everything so you need taxi or bike to get around

Location not the best....we stayed in Senggigi first, and although the place wasn't quite as up-scale we enjoyed the location more.

everything was so perfect excepts for the mosquitoes. can't do anything about it. the mosquito repellent the hotel provided didn't help

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The problem is that you are in the middle of nowhere. The next beach is Seggigi Beach(5 kilometres), no resturants or bars in walking distance. The hotel should offer a kind of shuttle service. The charlets are actutally very nice, also the swimming pool is great. The breakfast is ok except for the a ls carte days. The staff is so kind and helpful!!
I would recommend for a short stay.

Me and my girlfriend were very spoilt for comfort here. The staff were more than happy to help us with anything! I recommend this hotel if your not looking at being in the more busier area of Kuta (further down south)

So... this is a very nice looking hotel. The staffs are very friendly and kind. The problem is with the structure of the rooms. The outdoor shower is completely misdesigned... you will be walking into a wall of small flies if you go in after dark. Literally hundreds of bugs. The drainage of the shower is not very good either and the angle of the shower head is all messed up. Now, the bed is comfy... but be ready to be again surrounded by hundreds of small flies if you ever open the bathroom door after dark. They just fall on you, your bed, your pillow... flies everywhere. Also the curtains don't block out the light... and the hotel is close to the main road = very noisy. So many mosquitos and bugs in the dining area as well. Restaurant is very very slow to serve food. Food is OK. I feel bad to write this review because the staffs were REALLY nice. But I am sorry, I would never recommend this place to anyone. Wifi does not work.

amazing place , very secluded and nice chalet , the room was high quality with nice furniture and the bathroom was a surprise as it was an open air one - loved the stay . the swimming pool the design and architecture was very well done . the hotel is a bit secluded so if you plan to do anything outside you will need to get a driver . they got us a normal taxi to the airport with no ripping off . lombok can be very tricky with drivers and tricky people waiting outside hotels. this one was great .
