The male manager on duty is not very friendly, came across rude and does not understand the value of hospitality.

It was good, very good breakfast bar. The only thing I would change is, all rooms would be equipped with a handicap height bathroom stool. Any senior would applaud that without the necessity of getting a full handicap accessible room.
I always like the staff because they are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious.
We has the room for disabled people. very spacious room but there was no chairs except for a rolling desk chair and a stool. The shower was nice but there was not enough barrier to keep the rest of the floor dry. The sign outside blocked the view out the window so the lights was kind of annoying at night.

Microwave is too low. Not good for bad backs, and too difficult to read numbers and options.
Hooks in bathroom are WAY too high.
Hand soap dispenser would be better on adjoining wall.
Soap/shampoo dispensers in shower would be better on back wall at end of tub rather than in the middle.
Shower head too high, and an additional grab bar at back end of tub would be helpful.
Lighting was dim. Either brighter bulbs or an additional lamp would help.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. No slamming doors or toilets flushing. The staff was super nice and friendly. The breakfast was well prepared and generous. Location was convenient to shopping and dining. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.
