Cons:

Lack of attention to cleanliness, as the toilet flush was not working efficiently. In addition, there was no hot water available for showering, and the bidet water pressure was very weak.
There was also a lack of attention in providing tissues and towels, which were only supplied after calling and reporting the issue.
Furthermore, there was an error in payment: during checkout, I was informed that the payment had not been made, despite the full amount having already been paid at check-in. This was due to a mistake made by the reception staff.
