Great For Groups, Disappointing Upkeep
Pros:

the 3-bedroom suite is spacious and offers good value for money, especially for larger groups (can fit up to 9 people). the design and interior match the photos provided. reception staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and when giving directions. basic toiletries and complimentary mineral water were provided.

Cons:

cleanliness was a major concern. pillowcases had old stains and hair, the floor felt sticky, and there was an unpleasant smell as if the unit hadn’t been aired properly. cabinets in the bedrooms and kitchen were dusty and dirty, suggesting housekeeping was not done thoroughly.

amenities were lacking, no shampoo or hand wash was provided. wifi was unusable as it could not connect at all. the toilet basin had visible cracks. despite being on the 17th floor, there was no mountain view.

the water heater was inconvenient, requiring about 45 minutes to heat up and only lasting 30–60 minutes, which made it difficult for a large group to take turns showering.
