Klinische Atmosphäre
Pros:

Recht schöne Poolanlage . Sauberkeit im Zimmer

Cons:

Es ist alles sehr klinisch. Die Ausstattung ( alles mit hellen Fliesen ) ist ohne Liebe zum Detail.
Personal ist mit Englisch überfordert.
Das Frühstück reicht zum satt werden.

Sehr sauber, und Petsonal freundlich

Cons:

Das Bett war in der Mitte erhöht und ich musste kämpfen nicht rauszufallen. Die Decken viel zu dick. Im Restaurant wusste das Personal nicht Bescheid unddas Essen war sehr mässig.

Una visita completa para trabajar, disfrutar y descansar.
Pros:

Muy buena la atención, el hotel y sus prestaciones está excelente.
La habitación asignada estuvo muy pero muy confortable.
Existe mucha calides y profesionalismo en la atención del personal

The one night stay was very, very comfortable. The room was tremendous in size and the breakfast was perfect. And the tour within the facilities by a staff member was fantastic. I will certainly recommend Gran Hotel De Lago El Coca to anyone traveling to this area.

The staff was pretty friendly and tried to help out. The room was clean. It was weird that you had specifically ask for certain toiletries. The pool was covered with alga. Even though they claim to have airport pick it, it is only available during the week. If you travel during the weekend, you are out of luck. The worst is that they don't tell you in the Orbitz price there is a surprise 10% service charge. The Orbitz price includes the tax but not the service price.
