Stafg tries to be helpful but often seem overwhelmed
Pros:

Excellant breakfast buffet. Large rooms.

Cons:

Area is very noisy often till 1am particularly if room is on street side. The backsidenis "quieter" but live music can still be heard till 1am.
Wifi wasnt always consistant.
Requested boxed dinner was not ready when promised and took a other 20mins before it was ready.

Pros:

Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse, die zentrale Lage und das Zimmer waren super.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hat etwas streng gerochen und in der Rezeption konnte uns das Personal leider keine genaue Auskunft zu Busverbindungen geben.

good standard of hotel in a convenient location
Pros:

location is good for visiting local sites. The area around the hotel is safe with easy access to tuk tuks that are outside the hotel. the staff were very pleasant and helpful the rooms was a good size and clean there are restaurants nearby. there are good city views from the roof top bar/breakfast room.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit limited by European standards, the room didn't have a good view but it was quiet. if paying in cash usd the staff have to inspect every note any notes with the slightest fold or mark will be rejected this is just a warning to other potential guest and its not the staffs fault it is just hotel policy, but is frustrating when you arrive from a long journey.
