コロンボでのリーズナブルステイ
Pros:

部屋がとても広くてスタイリッシュでした。ツインでしたが、ダブルベットが2個でした。シャワールームも快適で暑いお湯が出ました。1泊しかせず、ロケーションはコロンボのど真ん中と聞きました。市内は車でツアーでした。

Cons:

近くでパーティーか何かをしていて、アップテンポの音楽がずっと流れていて、真夜中になるにつれ、ヒートアップして音が大きくなってので、なかなか眠れませんでした。

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel and service and the rooftop bar was great. The WiFi worked well and the location was fab.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were placed in one half of an adjoining family room (but with the door locked to split it into 2 separate rooms), as a result the soundproofing of the room was compromised due to the door instead of a solid wall. We were kept up all night by a crying baby, which absolutely wouldn't have impacted us as much if it was a regular room.

Very comfortable hotel in a good location and excellent customer service
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and efficient. We were able to leave luggage on several occasions whilst we visited other parts of Sri Lanka and we always enjoyed returning to the Fairway in between trips as we knew we could rely on the quality of the service and facilities.

A nice hotel with helpful staff although the Friday/Saturday adjacent night music is offputting
Cons:

ON FRiday and Saturday nights the adjacent venues play very loud music until 2am in the morning. There is no escaping it, although on asking for a room change, I was moved to a quieter place

Pros:

Perfekt beliggenhet! Ba om rom med balkong, ikke for utsikten, men for å føle pulsen på på byen - midt i gata med Colombo-stemning. Skulle kun være her i to dager/netter, så ville ha det meste ut av det. Pent og rent hotell, hyggelig personale, kjøleskap på rommet - veldig viktig. En annen viktig ting; bra WI-FI på rommet. Forholdsvis kort vei til de fleste attraksjoner, enten til fots eller med tuk-tuk. Ville absolutt bodd her igjen. Anbefales!

A very good accommodation option
Pros:

The location is good. I stayed three nights. The hotel breakfast buffet is Sri Lanka food focused. I love curries.There is a balcony as part of the restaurant which affords lovely morning views of the city. Lots of examples of colonial architecture exist around the hotel to admire and reflect on, which are beautiful in their slightly or more than slightly dilapidated states. There are many dining options around the hotel in restaurants. All the ones I ate at take payment cards. A blessing.

Good hotel, but deafening music until the early hours of the morning
Pros:

The hotel is located in close proximity to restaurants, banks, ATMs, and the city center.
The rooms are large and clean. A fantastic breakfast is served in the rooftop restaurant.
The staff is well-trained, very friendly, and highly professional.

Cons:

We requested a quiet room when booking. Unfortunately, the deafening music, especially from the hotel pub and neighboring establishments, was clearly audible in the room until late in the evening and even at night.
We asked for a quieter room and received one on a higher floor without any lengthy discussion.

スリランカの玄関口としての利用に最適！
Pros:

・鉄道駅、バスターミナル、ローカル食堂、ペター、ショッピングモールなどColomboでの目的地が全て徒歩圏。
・30年前近くのヒルトンに泊まったが、それに負けないホテル設備でありながらカジュアル感があって良かった。今回2回目の利用だったが、キッチン付きlivingとbedroomに分かれた部屋にUpgradeしてくれた。夕食は近くの美味しいローカル食堂からTakeawayしてビール飲みながら部屋食、朝食はローカル食堂で食べることが出来たので最高でした。

Cons:

・円安だから仕方ないけど安くはない。
・週末利用だったので、ホテル前のダッチホスピタルのライブ演奏がうるさい。
