Winzelle Suites

Staff were unorganized. No elevator working. The rooms were in terrible condition. Cockroaches everywhere. Dirty towel on the floor. Sink faucet water goes everywhere. Shower head needs to be cleaned .

The hotel needs a lot of work old mattress, stained sheets, dirty walls, kids upstairs being loud

Their toilet was filled with limescale which was really disappointing. They didn't even inform us that we need to inform them before they will clean the room so our room wasn't cleaned for 2 days as we just turned on the make up room switch. The staff were okay. After a couple of days, their lift was out of order so we needed to take the stairs every time and it was really a struggle on the day of our check out as we had 3 large luggages. Thankfully, the security guard was kind enough to help us bring our stuff at the reception area after I asked him.

My stay at Winzelle suites was marvelous. I enjoyed the silence and calmness of the area. The lift was so modern and silent. It was really a great holiday.. The accessibility right deep in the center of the city with abundant public transport, well respectful, helpful and dedicated professional staff. Without a doubt, i will be back even though the internet was not as great as it should be..

Visitor was not allowed because of covid-19 pandemic or what? We have to stay in the lobby which is not so big the space is small, no elevator-out of order

Worst experience. No parking area. Not recommended for those travelers who bring there own car.

I like the location but the sound of the TV is too loud and cannot be adjusted, I had to turn the TV off whenever I need to make a phone call

Because it's in city proper...i didn't like because there is no parking area for clients.

There is no free welcome free bottled water and no available hot & cold water dispenser

This is the worst hotel I have been to. They do not even provide drinking water. Ammenities even soap or shampoo and conditioner in too small no toothbrush not even tooth paste. No slippers. No room service menubook no writing pads. Bed is not comfortable. it is not worth the money I paid for. I hope expedia does not put it in its roster anymore

Nice place to stay, fast WiFi, located in the city of zamboanga, no foul odors from the sewage coming from the toilets in the hotel ( usual problem with other hotel we stayed)and helpful staff.
