Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e gentis. A cama é confortável e o quarto tem um bom tamanho. A localização é muito boa, sendo de fácil acesso aos restaurantes e lojas. A recepção é 24 horas, o que acho importante.
O chuveiro não estava muito limpo e com isso os jatos de água saiam espalhados. Não chegamos a reportar ao hotel, pois meu marido limpou e deu certo. Mas fica a sugestão para que eles façam essa manutenção de vez em quando.

De locatie is geweldig. Alles is op loopafstand te bereiken in Goreme. Parkeerplek is even zoeken, maar dat vind je wel. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en het personeel is heel aardig. De kamer is schoon, er wordt elke dag schoongemaakt. En we hadden geluk dat we elke dag de luchtballonnen konden zien opstijgen!
Esperienza superba. Prima di arrivare avevamo mandato molte richieste all'hotel per aiutarci ad organizzare al meglio il nostro soggiorno in Cappadocia (tra cui volo in mongolfiera, transfer dall'areoporto e noleggio auto) e ci hanno sempre assistito in maniera molto gentile, efficiente e professionale.
La camera era splendida, la vista dal terrazzo fantastica, lo staff molto gentile e disponibile e la colazione era davvero ottima.

recently stayed at the Taskonak Hotel, and overall it was a really memorable experience. The hotel has a unique charm thanks to its authentic cave-style rooms, which give you a true feel of Cappadocia rather than a standard hotel stay. Waking up to views of the valleys and watching the hot air balloons from the terrace was easily one of the highlights.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations, tours, and transport. It felt more personal than staying in a large hotel, which made a big difference.
Not really about the hotel, but the mosque is right behind you, so forget sleeping in, but who wants to sleep in when you need to go out watch the balloons

La vue de la terrasse est incroyable, idéale pour observer les mongolfieres le matin.
