Pros:

ALLES. Super freundliches, hilfsbereites und kompetentes Team! Vielen Dank für die Tipps, die Informationen, Hilfestellungen und die Gastfreundschaft. Tolles außergewöhnliches Zimmer mit bester Ausstattung (von Duschzeug über Wattepads wurde an alles gedacht). Ein unfassbar einzigartiger Ausblick von der Terasse. Leckeres, liebevolles und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Immer gerne.
Ps: es war nicht mein erster Aufenthalt in der Gegend, aber so überzeugt war ich noch nie von einem Hotel..

Cons:

es war alles super, aber irgendwie fehlten Hacken für die Handtücher im Badezimmer.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και θέα από τη ταράτσα,καθαρά δωμάτια,χαμογελαστό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό ειδικά η κυρία που ετοίμαζε το πρωινό το οποίο ήταν πολύ καλό και με μεγάλη ποικιλία,αν μπορούσα να βρω ένα αρνητικό θα τανε μόνο το χαμηλό φως μέσα στο δωμάτιο θα ήθελα να υπήρχε μια επιλογή με μια πιο δυνατή λάμπα

Overall not a bad experience, good rooms, facilities and breakfast can be improved though.
Pros:

Tried to accommodate our early check-in request as much as possible so that was great.
Rooms and Bathrooms were good.

Cons:

No Hot Milk for Coffee
Lights weren't working the first evening
Expensive Car Prices and their partner Driver wasn't very well aware of the routes so that wasted a lot of time for us

L'emplacement est super et le petit déjeuner copieux. Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné.

Cons:

La chambre ne disposait pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur mais sur le couloir, il faisait donc chaud et c'était bruyant.

Perfect hidden gem- you won’t regret booking
Pros:

Fabulous hidden gem- clean, comfortable well equipped room, fantastic breakfast, amazing staff who are extremely helpful not only with booking tours, arranging transport but ensuring your stay is amazing. My room was a “cave room” which was beautiful. There is a terrace which you can view the balloons flying from and it also gives you amazing views over the town centre. Short walk up the hill from Main Street of town, so very quiet & peaceful. Beautiful hotel - thanks to the amazing Angela and her team.
