Tried to accommodate our early check-in request as much as possible so that was great.

Expensive Car Prices and their partner Driver wasn't very well aware of the routes so that wasted a lot of time for us
Fabulous hidden gem- clean, comfortable well equipped room, fantastic breakfast, amazing staff who are extremely helpful not only with booking tours, arranging transport but ensuring your stay is amazing. My room was a “cave room” which was beautiful. There is a terrace which you can view the balloons flying from and it also gives you amazing views over the town centre. Short walk up the hill from Main Street of town, so very quiet & peaceful. Beautiful hotel - thanks to the amazing Angela and her team.
Absolutely nothing
L'emplacement est super et le petit déjeuner copieux. Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné.
La chambre ne disposait pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur mais sur le couloir, il faisait donc chaud et c'était bruyant.

早餐提供的奶酪品种很丰富，煎蛋现点现做，面包也有多个种类。房间装饰简洁，透出洞穴房间的质朴，床垫很厚，不会互相影响，房间是地暖，夜里可以自行关闭，不然很热，房间整体很漂亮温馨。露台可以俯瞰，远眺。因天气不符条件没能看到热气球。老板和餐厅的人都很好很热情。体验很好。

I stayed 3 nights. The room area are in caves, yet with great amenities. I came in winter cold outside, but inside very warm. The breakfast is excellent with wide variety of food and drinks. The breakfast is worth half of the value already considering how expensive food is in turkey. The staff very nice. Always helpful.
Angela and her staff were very accommodating. The breakfast selection was lovely and fresh every day. The location was close to the Main Street, but far enough back you don’t hear a lot of the traffic. The view from the roof and the dining area overlooks the town, valleys and has a great view of the balloons taking off from behind the valley and landing over the other side. Angela and the staff were able to reach out to local contacts for us regarding pricing and location of items we needed which was very helpful and they were able to give us lots of good recommendations (places to visit, activities, buses, etc). A short walk uphill from the property is a view point with fairy chimneys and a view of the back of one of the valleys.
The room was nice and clean, restocked with water and bathroom items daily, the heater was helpful when needed if it was a bit cooler but we found the temperatures warm and it wasn’t needed. Heated floor tiles and great water pressure/consistently hot shower even when it was busier. I’d definitely be happy to stay again if visiting Goreme ☺️
Everything was great, but something to keep in mind it if you struggle with mobility there are some stairs and a small hill to get to the accommodation, however I think everywhere in Goreme is similar due to the nature and landscape of the area. This wasn’t a problem and the staff were amazing and helped us with our bags. You can get taxis/transfers right to the front and back entrance as well, so I wouldn’t let it deter you, they have bedroom levels you can access without needing stairs.

The views were absolutely astonishing and thr facilities at the hotel were really great. Angela and her staff were very friendly and always willing to help.
Only downside isbcarrying luggage upnand down the stairs. Its not subject to the hotel specifically but more the reguon of Goreme. As most cave hotels are like that. No harm though.
