Alles prima behalve het uitchecken
Pros:

Alles aan het hotel is best goed. Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Ontbijt verzorgd. Maar bij de afrekening bleek de zaakvoerster niet op de hoogte dat op hotels.com de ontbijten waren inbegrepen in de prijs. Dat heeft zeker een half uur discussie opgeleverd en wij konden hotels.com niet bereiken per telefoon. Uiteindelijk kregen we wel gelijk. De houding van de zaakvoerster was niet professioneel.

Výlet do Levoče a okolí
Pros:

Hotel je v rekonstruované baště s historizujícím zařízením. Téměř nové, klidná oblast. Do centra blízko. Ubytování celkem je pro 13 lidí a tak deklarovaná restaurace není v provozu a asi nebude, protože se nemůže vyplatit - každý se nají venku. Neumím si představit jak zaplní kongresovou místnost pro 40 lidí a svatby, když tam může přespat jen 13 lidí!? Snídaně jsou od 8,00 -10,00. Personál tam dříve není a připravuje to recepční a není v ceně. Jinak se vás ptají zda budete ten který den snídat. Výběr kombinovaný švédský stůl s objednávkou ze 4 jídel (vajíčka, hamandeggs, klobása, párek) - průměrný standard ostatně jako v celé Levoči. Televize na pokoji má hodně programů s označením kódované (i STV?!) a personál neví proč. Pokud chcete jenom přespat v klidu, tak velmi dobré.

Charming setting with beautiful views
Pros:

What a charming hotel! We loved everything about it! The staff was extremely helpful and gracious. The views were spectacular (The Church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary). The rooms were very nice. You would never know that the building was from the 13th century!!
