Pros:

The breakfast was incredible - very fresh and complete. The restaurant was delicious, every meal we had was wonderful. The location is excellent, just a 2 minute walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops. We booked our tours through the hotel and those were fantastic as well. The property is very clean, the staff wonderful, and the room was beautiful as well. We also had massages at the spa and they were incredible. The concierge was super kind and attentive to any needs we had, and quickly helped with any requests for activities or spa services. The restaurant had a bunch of table games like chess, dominoes etc which was really fun to do with our kids. The kids loved the pool, and the size of the property is perfect - not too big, not too small, super safe. 10/10!

A perfect final stop of our trip, quiet and beautiful!

We loved the location and the staff were so nice! They helped us arrange a tour of the lagoons, and Miguel even fed the iguanas with the kids 🥰

Chilli is the perfect sancituary in Jeri
Pros:

The food, from breakfast through to dinner, was excellent. Service was always outstanding, with all staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. It is a very relaxing location but right next to all the action in Jeri. Lovely pool, and the gym using all natural materials was really good. We arranged plenty of activities through the concierge, all excellent.

Cons:

Very difficult to fault anything, but the beds were on the hard side for us. The service in Jeri in general is slow, with Chilli no exception, but that is the laid back culture there.

Wonderful, romantic stay in stunning hotel on the beach
Pros:

Amazing beachfront location, stunning rooms and fab food. Our room was so beautiful and the rest of the hotel was lovely. Nice clean pool and swim up bar, gorgeous views, great breakfast. We really didn't want to leave.

My favorite stay in Brazil! I ll definitely come back.
Pros:

The property itself is great, and the staff makes the dream come true by their kindness and dedication.
Massage service is great, and tailor made breakfast is just delicious. Last but not least I had dinner and the food is also great.
