Klimasız, üşümek istemiyorsanız gitmeyin.

Konum iyi, karşılama misafir anlayışı düşük.Klimasız, donduk.
Otelin konumu merkeze yakın, arkadaşımın düğünü sebebi ile İstanbul’dan geldim. Otele geç giriş yapacağımı arayarak haber verdim. Buna rağmen girdiğimde resepsiyonda görevli iki kişi öncelikle rezervasyonumuzu bulamadılar, aramamı İstanbuldan grup şeklinde geliyoruz olarak algılamış olup ‘bir dakika bir kontrol sağlayalım’ demek yerine benim rezervasyonu yanlış yaptığıma dair bir yanılgıya düşmeme neden oldular:) Resepsiyon görevlisi iki kişeye acilen misafir karşılama nedir nasıl yapılır iki güleryüz hoşgeldiniz güle güle gibi bir tavsiyede bulunulmalı. Odanın temizliği yorgan kılıfının pis olması dışında iyiydi. Ancak ekimde bolu soğuğunda klimasız odada donduk. Alırken de klimaya dikkat etmediğim için muhatap olmadım.Kısacası kışın gidecekler iyi düşünmeli.
