Staff was Friendly

Cons:

We booked a premium doubleroom (not the cheapest one) but it was the smallest. No seating and desk as was described on the site. No room for putting the breakfast trays. Window, single glass with a big gap between the sliding parts. The last 2 days the cv was cold
After informing, they said it was the right room....

Pros:

Staff were really friendly and could not have been more helpful. Room was immaculate.
Very close to seafront and town centre.

Cons:

Very noisy students throughout the night in adjacent properties. Not the fault of the hotel.

Pros:

Nice enough for, essentially, a room above a pub. But overpriced. No 24-hour reception (nobody there at 11.30 am when we wanted to leave bags in advance of check in).
