Perfect spot to visit our grandson at Kent State

Pros:

The room was very spacious, with plenty of storage 2 tvs, a couch, desk and plenty of plugs with some usb ports as well. The shower was a very nice size, walk-in, with water pressure that was very strong. The continental breakfast was the biggest and best quality spread i have ever seen at a hotel. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Unhappy with waiting over an hour past our guaranteed time that the room was supposed to be ready
Pros:

It was clean and everything appeared to be new

Cons:

I didn't like that we were guaranteed a room by 3pm but sat in the lobby and waited for a room until 4:15

Breakfast, was used in afternoon & evening by our group. Very accommodating.

Cons:

Pool is small but worked for the few children.

Great place for family gathering. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Pros:

It had adjoining rooms which were great for our extended family. Also the gathering space, generally for breakfast, was large and flexible with many & different sizes of tables. It was perfect for our family gathering as weather outside was not great. We were able to bring in food - excellent pizza right next door - and avoid the noise and limitations of a restaurant.

Cons:

Not much - it would be nice to have a hook for you towel right next to the shower :)
