O hotel é super confiável, tem um bom conforto, ótima localização e custo-benefício.
Pros:

A cama é confortável, de um tamanho bom (estava eu, meu marido e minha filha de 1 ano). Foi tranquilo acessar q TV(telamos) e o banheiro tinha um tamanho bom tbm. Almoçamos duas vezes no restaurante do hotel e a comida foi muito boa. O café da manhã tbm é bom e os funcionários são muito prestativos e profissionais.

Cons:

O frigobar estava com a porta torta e não estava gelando bem as coisas dentro.

Gostei do atendimento de toda a equipe, em especial, do atendimento do Sr. Francisco, pense num cara gente boa, legal, prestativo. Gostei do elevador panorâmico e do café da manhã.

Cons:

Estava tendo uma obra ao lado do edifício, e, descarregaram alguns materiais às 7:30 da manhã. Isso deu uma boa incomodada.
E, o chuveiro, quando vamos ligar, ele bate igual à percussão do olodum no carnaval de Salvador. Daí peguei o jeito do negócio, tem que abrir tudo pra ele estabilizar.

O quarto que eu fiquei não era reformado e estava em mau estado no que diz respeito a pisos, banheiros e comodidades. O café da manhã pode melhorar. O chuveiro não esquenta.

O café da manhã foi muito bom, a localização do hotel tbm é muito boa, praia boa, com quiosques defronte ao hotel, boa atividade noturna, embora um pouco afastado do centro, mas não se pode ter tudo. Ou praia, ou centro. rsrsr.

O chuveiro é algo que poderiam melhorar, acho que falta uma boa manutenção no banheiro.

Nos hospedaríamos lá novamente
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, em frente à praia.
Os funcionários são atenciosos, com destaque para o Francisco do restaurante, muito prestativo e simpático.
