A long way from anywhere and dingy. Would not recommend!

Cons:

The check in staff were rude and unhelpful. I arrived quite early after a long haul flight and was treated with hostility instead of compassion. I got the impression they do not like non-Chinese tourists. The room was not to the Marriott standard I have had before. For a hotel that is not very old it is dingy and needs some upgrades. The buffet breakfast did not cater to westerners and was not good value for money. There is nothing near the hotel for tourists to visit and the shuttle buss to Disneyland was not often enough. The shuttle to the hotel had strange times and did not match flight times.

Great alternative to Disney Hotels
Pros:

Big room, proximity to Disneyland (5min coach ride), good breakfast option, braskfast room with kids sitting area and the laundry facility was great for fam with kids.

Pros:

We had the best sleep. Air con was cold, bed was comfortable and pillows were better than our home pillows

Cons:

Shame that you couldn’t drink the tap water. It’s hard to brush your teeth.

Pros:

Loved the location and shuttle bus service. Room was great except the small window, but maybe it was just our room. Breakfast is also great with 50/50 western and chinese cuisine. If you want to go out in the evening, there's really not many options since it's located at shanghai's touristic zone and need to get a cab. Very close to disneyland like 5 mins by shuttle bus and close to two big outlets

Would not recommend ever
Pros:

It has a shuttle to Disneyland.

Cons:

Absolutely horrendous service. I had a pair of shoes sent to the hotel. The hotel accepted no responsibility, made zero attempt to make amends or make me whole, understood that I was a foreigner but refused to help me contact the courier, and continues to ignore my messages. The worst hospitality I’ve ever experienced. It’s as if all concierge staff were hired off the street that morning.

Pros:

the shuttle service, the room size, the bathroom, the funky robot delivery service, dinner food was amazing

Cons:

the in room fridge did not work, breakfast room was not managed well in that tables were not cleared quickly and cups ran out throughout breakfast. It would have been great to have had a pool - this was a missed opportunity
