An okay Hotel but the rooms does not match the brand

The staff were great with good customer service.

The rooms had a smell which made sleeping uncomfortable. The hotel rooms need updating. It is in an isolated location with no shops around.

Great for families for easy access to Disney
Pros:

The rooms were really comfy and clean and quiet. Our flight was massively delayed and we didn’t arrive until the morning of check out. But staff gave us a late checkout which enabled us to go and sleep for a few hours before we caught the shuttle to Disney. The hotel is amazing for kids. Little tables for them at breakfast. Kids areas and play equipment all over and on each balcony. Breakfast selection was huge.

Cons:

Great for Disney which is what we wanted. Not sure it’s near much else

Simpelweg prima. Tot nu toe in 8 jaar tijd het beste hotel dat ik in Shanghai heb geboekt.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was fantastisch. Voor ieder wat wils.
Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De kamer was netjes, schoon en groot.
De badkamer was OK echter de verlichting wat aan de donkere kant, wat lastig was bij het scheren.
