THE ABSOLUTE BEST!
Pros:

Perfect location for children and for Disney! Love the breakfast options, the spacious rooms (with the tent perfect for my 1 year old to sleep in), fun play area and activities for children, shuttle, excellent staff!

Pros:

ディズニーランドに行くためにここに泊まったので、立地は良かった。
他の目的なら、近くに何もないのでここじゃないほうが良いでしょう。

Cons:

チェックインの時、予約した金額と違う料金を提示された。
確認して欲しいと言うと最初のスタッフの人は「これで合ってる」と言うので、別のスタッフ（英語が堪能だった）の人に代わってもらって再度確認したら、予約時と同じ料金を提示された。
料金がおかしいと感じたら質問してみるのをおすすめします。

Pros:

1. Расположение от Дисней парка. 5 минут на машине, такси около 20 юаней. Didi premier.
2. Отличные завтраки по китайским меркам! Батат, броколли, рис с овощами, ананас вкуснейший, арбуз, драгонфрут, другие фрукты. Панкейки, омлеты, сыры. Позавтракать точно можно!
3. Были в конце декабря, отлично работает кондей на тепло. Было очень тепло!

Cons:

Слабовато говорят по английски сотрудники, но через электронного переводчика понять друг друга можно)

Convenient hotel to stay for Disneyland
Pros:

Concierge service was efficient and helpful and breakfast buffet had many selections.

Cons:

The room. We were adults but were given a kids/family room with kids tent and amenities. Staff spoke very little English at front desk and not clear signage to hotel entrance. When search for hotel on gps, the hotel name is the same with other locations making it hard to give directions for taxi

Отличный отель! Удобные номера, удобные кровати, отличные завтраки. Близко до Диснейленда (туда ходит шатл по расписанию). Близко до аэропорта. Приятный персонал. Адекватная цена.

快適でした。
Pros:

ディズニーからとても近い上に、無料のシャトルバスが何本もでているので、ディズニー旅行にはぴったりでした。
室内も高級感があり、気分が上がります。

Cons:

ホテルの周りは何もなく、駅まで歩くのにも20分ほどかかり かなり遠かったです。
また、英語を話せるスタッフは半分くらいだったので、翻訳機必須でした。

Probably would not stay there again.
Pros:

It was relatively close to where we needed to be. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The reception area etc was clean and inviting.

Cons:

Not very happy with the cleanliness of my room. It had very small high windows. The room itself was quite dark. I had a room at the back of the hotel which was noisy. It was close to where the cleaner has her trolley and it sounded like staff members pushing bins about on the ground floor. I was woken at 6am every morning.

Pros:

Good location for a short stay if you plan to visit Shanghai Disney land. The free laundromat service is also a plus.

Cons:

The shuttle service seems to be a bit hard to book and disorganised. They messaged me and advised me to book at least two days in advance for the shuttle service picking us up from Pudong airport, which gave me the illusion that there will be capacity if I book five days in advance. When I booked via email 5 days before our arrival date, I was told that the bus is full at our arrival time and we have to wait for two more hours. In the end we chose to take a taxi as we don’t want to wait until that late. So if you are wanting to utilise their airport pick up service I recommend you contact them to book as soon as you know your arrival time to secure your seats.

Also check the time table for Disney shuttle as we didn’t realise the late night (9.30pm onwards) shuttles won’t leave from Disneyland until it’s full so we hopped on the bus at 9.30pm and the bus did not leave until 10pm.
